Hello, on Jul 12,2022 at around 8:30pm I went into my local shell at 592 Spring St, Elizabeth, NJ 07201 where I am a regular and purchased a vape product. I then proceeded to open the package in store to confirm it works because I’ve revived broken ones at this location before. After opening the vape product I found it open in the package with its head off so I asked the clerk for a replacement. The clerk then proceeded to call me racial slurs such as black and Mexican attempting to intimidate me into taking the broken product. I wasn’t having it and eventually, he switched it, my concern is someone like this shouldn’t be working in one of your stores and if Im ever disrespected like that again I will take this to the public and news. This clerk is 40-50 years old, has a beard and is Indian in nationality. Please do something about this !

This gas station is the by far the worst one I’ve been to.. The guy inside the booth is nasty and disrespectful. He doesn’t know how to deal with an issue while staying respectful and kind to the customers. DON’T Support this business or anything/anyone attached to it! My Family & I will boycott and alert everyone we know to do the same. I suggest you and your family do the same. Protect your peace and your community AT ALL COST!

The guy at the pump is a wonderful person, but the guy inside at the cashier always has an attitude. The way he acts and does business is as if no one is welcome.

It's the second time I've gone an tried to explain to the workers who seem to not speak that much English about the rewards program. All that has to be done is put the phone number in before the transaction. I definitely won't be coming here again because while trying to speak to the guy inside the shop they started just talking amongst themselves like I wasn't even there. So you lost two customers ??
