I was recommended to bring my car here by a friend to fix my catalytic converter but soon as I left my engine light came back on I had to pay double because I had to take my car to another mechanic to do the same job over !! I called the mechanic at shells he was nice enough to tell me to bring it back but the inconvenience plus after not doing it right the first time I refuse to go back

Told the guy $20 regular very clearly and nicely. He didn’t answer me took the card charged me $21. Every dollar makes a difference. Especially if it’s not your money. Ridiculous.

Paid 2100 for a engine but still can't drive the car. Was referred by a person I knew but wouldn't recommend Anyone go there. Check engine light came on, more issues leaving than coming. Mechanics did not keep me properly informed throughout the process. Wish I could get my money back.

I go to this store and spend money on gas, pick it, chips and Ect. The cashier is very rude when he makes a mistake playing my pick it. Disrespect me in front of customers, screaming after I fix this pick it you can not play the rest of your numbers, you know what don’t ever come back. I was 13 minutes as if I don’t was the same 13 minutes, plus 10 minute drive, the $15 I spent on gas, another 28 dollars in your store and was going to spend more but cashier had me the rest of my money as well as never come back foaming at the mouth like a raging dog. I was very nice and calm the whole time while being discriminated against in my community where he opened the store at. Poor customer service skill and lack of care for customers and need to be closed down!
