New to the area thought it was a good idea to give this laundromat a chance. Unfortunately I will
Not be coming back the female worker with black hair is unprofessional , rude and prefer’s to be on the phone instead of doing her job and assisting her customers. I was not the only one with an issue with the machine I was using and she was not trying to help fix the problem. She choose to laugh and brush off our concerns. Management needs to address his employees and their inappropriate behavior at work.

If I could give 0 stars I would. worker was very unprofessional, their bathrooms were dirty, I was told I was broke because the machines weren’t working and I wanted my money back. I do not recommend this laundry mat to anyone, It’s very dirty and the machines never work.

I do not recommend this laundromat at all, the lady in the front with the black straight here is extremely unprofessional. Not only did she accuse me of lying when the washing machine took my quarters, she did not want to give me the supervisor’s info or time that he will be here.

I’ve been to this laundromat in the past and I’ve never had any problems before but now I can’t say that anymore Management is terrible and the machines barely work I’ve seen lint all over my clothes and they’re barely dry I’ve tried telling the manager there but she refuses to help or at least pay attention to the situation I don’t usually leave reviews but this is a problem that needs to be addressed this business will start to lose customers and will probably go out of business and it would be unfortunate for the people in the neighborhood that aren’t able to travel far with their clothes

I went to this laundromat three times before and every single time, the machines were messed up, I would lose quarters, and I wouldn’t get any help with my issues. It was always off because I would hear slick comments after asking for any kind of help like my missing 75¢ really is about to ruin the entire business. The roaches I saw crowding there last time I went was around and more helpful to me more than the worker who was too busy chatting otp. Absolute nonsense. Go to another laundromat that is clean and with people who actually care for the facility.

I DO NOT recommend this laundromat! The customer service sucks . The lady with the black hair does nothing but be on her phone and does not help at all. When she does help she is very very rude about it . Management needs to talk to her immediately or this laundromat will lose customers .

Would not recommend going to this laundromat. The place is outdated and machines there don't even work properly. Adressed it to the young lady that was working there and she had zero concern and the fact the machine took my money. She just had zero intrest to resolve the issue and just stood on her phone the entire time, gave attidue and said you can just speak to the manager about it if you have a issue. ZERO PROFSSIONALISM in this establishment!!! DONT SUPPORT A PLACE LIKE THIS!!!

The WORST laundromat I’ve ever come across, the place has a weird smell and there’s barely any carts to use. I had issues with the drying machine and the lady in charge at the time kept laughing and being on her phone instead of addressing the issue. She needs to get checked or fired. IMMEDIATELY.

Washed my clothes this morning, lady in the front was laughing on her phone the whole time every time i ask for help. Machine stealing the quarters. machine half broken. Never wasting my time. Wouldn’t recommend “thanks “to the lady in the front that supposed to helping when customers are asking for help.service sucks here.

Went there this morning and the machines weren’t working, the lady that works here with black hair is very unprofessional and doesn’t do her job correctly. She argues with customers and is just on her phone instead of assisting when we need help. It is very unfriendly here. Never coming back again.

Used this service a few times beginning during the pandemic and it was great,Clothes always fresh andClean and pick up/delivery wasn’t a problem. First issue after a year was they never picked up my clothes as requested resulting in my laundry sitting outside overnight because I didn’t realize this. All sorts of bugs and critters got into it as it was a summer night. I called and someone responded right away, apologized and said that I had scheduled it too late. The website had an option of pick up between 7-9pm I explained. The representative apologized again, came to Get the clothes. A few months later the same thing happened this time during a rain stormAnd my clothes were again sitting on the porch waiting for pick up for hours before a neighbor called to tell me my cloths were going to get wet. This delivery was set for by 5pm. I called, again they apologized and promptly picked up. Now recently for a third time again no pick up at the scheduled time of 5pm on a Saturday. Clothes left out all night, my credit card was charged and noOne came. I called, emailed and texted, leaving messages just requesting a refund because at this point I neededMy clothes cleaned by the next day. No response at all so I had to dispute from my bank to get my money back. Now a week later they have a temporarily closed sign on google. I will go back to dropping off at my local wash and fold and will never use this serviceAgain.

We recently went to this laundry and the service was horrible. There wasn’t any hot water to clean our clothes and they came out dirty. The dryers didn’t work properly and the staff were so rude. We didn’t even get a refund for our clothes that clearly weren’t washed properly. I don’t recommend going there it was our first and last time there. They told us never to return and we honestly didn’t plan to.
