I love this store I love the shoes and bags however I am very sad of the type of people they have working here. A MANAGER named Jackie on Friday afternoon, was harassing her employee in front of me & a couple of other customers & it made us all uncomfortable please take actions I will not be visiting this store if she is there. PS me & the rest of clients DID NOT purchase that day due to her actions she is a horrible person as a manager your duty is to correct your team in private not OUT loud especially not saying nasty things.

I go to Steve Madden Jersey Garden and I found the best salesperson ever because she's patient, prefoessional and knows how to explain in detail about the styles and how they run when it comes to helping me pick a size. Because of her I've bought about 30 pairs of shoes in the last few months.And her name is Cynthia Burbano. I am definitely in love with Steve Madden because of her.

Very poor quality products, the heels on the sides come off very quickly
And they do not accept exchanges or returns on time, they give you a lot of buts to change it, I do not recommend it and the staff that works here is very rude.
