Hey, I’ve been with this particular storage post for about 2 years now and without the employee india I never would have stayed that long. She helped me when there was issues concerning my unit numerous times. Shes friendly and well organized. Without her and her guidance it would have been hectic. Appreciate storage post for everything

There’s a woman at this location that is very unprofessional , she came outside of the location and put her hands on my teenage daughter and threatened to fight her while trying to break up a fight that took place upon my child leaving highschool . Instead of simply breaking up the fight like an adult should , she came out and nearly pushed by daughter to the ground and then threatened to hit her again. I will be taking legal action and coming in to speak to management and show video proof of what took place . Very incompetent and inappropriate behavior for a sales associate.

The worst storage space that I ever had,no one is never in the office when you need them. This is the second time I found a dead mouse in my Storage space. They’re really inconvenient when you get off at five.A month after I got my storage space they changed the hours to 6 PM so I felt like that was false advertisement. You’re paying to store your things and you can’t touch them after 6 PM that’s crazy work. Also when I started I was paying about maybe$147 now I’m up to $209

The person I dealt with was a very good employee very informative And she showed me where my space was in the building. Has really good customer service skills as you offered any help if needed. Very good experience at this storage facility.

Bad Customer Service They Raised My Rent Every Six Months Without Any Notificacion And Expect You To Pay When I Called To Find Out Why They Said It's The Market But When I Bring Up The Issue About Damage In My Unit Becuse Of Rats And Even After I Set A Claim They Haven't Redeem Me For My Damege Property

0 stars if possibleMy husband got a storage unit here thinking our stuff would be safe considering the price keeps going up. Mouse dropping and piss all over my stuff . This is some pictures . I wonder if they would reimburse for the damages . Doubt it , please don’t bother here . Looking into another location for sure !

This location is incredibly convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful in fulfilling my needs. Jefferson, specifically has what it takes to run the site. He does everything possible to assist his clients.

I moved alone, I did not receive help from anyone and to date I do not know how I have to pay the deposit, that was the lousy service they provided me, They did work inside my warehouse without telling me, dirtying my belongings and I lost an object, to date they have not responded to me for anything that happened and they do not let me remove my things, terrible service in general from the beginning to the moment

Cockroaches inside the storage unit!I’m so so angry at me myself now, after reading all those good reviews etc. Decided to go with this specific location and company and my husband just came from the storage unit and he said he saw a cockroach in our storage unit. We have never EVER had cockroaches and this is completely unacceptable. Please be aware if choosing this company and this location.
