I really like this True Religion located in Jersey Gardens Mall. Bruce Garcia is an awesome sales associate. He's very helpful, knowledgeable, & courteous. He always makes my shopping experience pleasant and I always exit the store happy and satisfied with his excellent customer service skills experience. Idk what’s going on but I been calling the store since 10am just to see if an item is in store that I can just pick up oppose to ordering online. It’s no way for all these hours going by & no one hears the phone ringing.

Extremely horrible return system. They are scamming the customers. Do not buy from them. I placed an online order on 11/26/24. On 12/19/25 returned it at the NJ location because I refuse to pay for shipping. I was given a return form to fill out and was told to wait a week for my return to be processed. It’s almost a month later and no refund yet, their customer service number just rings, no one reply’s on the text message service and I sent an email and no response. I even contacted the store and they also don’t answer the phone. I’m currently disputing the charges but this is ridiculous. I live in NY I would literally have to take another trip to Jersey to find out what’s happening. DO NOT BUY TRUE RELIGION THEY DON’T DO WELL WITH RETURNS

make sure you know your size. i was told a online return take a month to process and get a refund. for this to be a well known company there policy on returns and refunds are very poor. no one emails back, there's no working phone numbers. you can not speak to a live person. i will never shop with them again

Not the store itself but the customer service team. You have to email and wait for days to get a response. The delivery takes about 7 plus days. This is an iconic brand to have such poor customer service and delivery service

It’s Christmas Eve and I drove here just to be told that the store was closed at 5:42pm! Holiday hours state it closes at 6 and I’ve spent thousands of dollars here! Plus I knew what I wanted! I’m switching my style up as of today! And putting true religion behind me after this!!!

My friend and I have called the New Jersey store SEVERAL times trying to see if an item was in stock. No one has answered all day.

Very hard to get in touch with anyone about a purchase. I really like their items, but if you need to exchange or return something, it’s very difficult.There is no one to help you. I text the number they gave me but it’s a robot so good luck with hearing back from them. Their system sucks. For all the money you pay, they should be able to help with problems. I buy a lot from them but this is the first time I had to return anything. I’m not a happy camper
