Pedro was absolutely awesome! He was very attentive, incredibly patient, and quick to respond. My grandmother, who is in her late 70s, was driving my dad to the courthouse on a rainy day when her car suddenly shut off. It was pouring rain, and we were in an urgent situation. I called the nearest towing company I could find, and Pedro answered right away on the first ring.
He was patient despite the challenge of locating my grandmother, who isn’t the easiest person to communicate with. Still, he figured it out and stayed kind and calm the whole time. On top of that, he gave her his own car charger when her phone was at just 2% — something I’ll never forget.
I couldn’t be there for her because I was home caring for my baby, but Pedro made it feel like I was right there by her side. His service was more than professional — it was heartfelt. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs someone reliable and compassionate. Truly a blessing!
