Because I needed help with the proper way to ship a valuable item and they helped me and explained why!!! I had two excellent service representatives Ms. Rita and Ms Tanya! The were very pleasant and knowledgeable!

I am in UPS Stores at least 3 times a week throughout NJ. The guy at this location, who seems to be a manager, was unpleasant and definitely did not show interest in his abundance of customers. The place was packed. Seemed orderly enough. But he decided to reorganize the line and instead left people guessing where they were to stand to wait for service, causing misunderstanding when 2 lines, unaware of each other, were forming. When he realized there was an issue, he turned his back to the problem he created. Plus the layout of the store is crazy. Wide open space all through the middle. When I entered, I was looking for a counter where I could package my documents. It was impossible to see one naturally when you walk in. I guess everything was pushed toward the walls. The only reason they got 2 stars was because the person who helped me, when realizing she had to fix the mess that he had created, was very customer service oriented. I felt a little sorry for the people who worked there. It did not seem like a pleasant environment though the counter people seemed hardworking. All it can take is one not-so-pleasant person at the top who can make it a drag for everyone-both customers and employees.

The staff is amazing I go there a lot to notarize and print blueprints for our company there are amazing with the blueprints never had a problem highly recommended them ….

They have trained staff (Ricardo), bilingual and very friendly, they help you with packaging and provide all the options so that your shipment arrives according to your needs.
