“I recently just purchased a 2022 chrysler pacifica from M Auto Group. I live in Pittsburgh and was not able to come and get the van for over a week after I had initially talked to them. They sent me all the paperwork ahead of time so it would all be done by the time I got there. They stayed in contact with me throught the week and answered all my questions very quickly. When I flew in they came and picked me at the airport in the vehicle i was purchasing so i didnt get into a strangers vehicle. The van was super clean. I did have a few issues with it when we were driving back and I could really look it over. The van was making some kind of knocking noise so we instantly took it to a garage and put it on a lift and showed me that it wasnt anything serious. The garage said it was probably the breaks. The pads had about 30% left and there was a little rust on the rotors. Not a big deal its normal wear and tear. I also noticed that the wrap on the van was wearing pretty bad on the hood and roof, everything where else looked good. They instantly called a place and had it fixed that day, at no extra cost to me, so I could make the long drive back to Pittsburgh. I did purchase the extended warranty and they guaranteed that if something happens, I can take it to somewhere local to me and not back to them. They were very nice and patient with me even though i wasnt purchasing one of their high end vehicles.”

“I finally made a purchase after many visits to different dealers. Katy was great and honest about everything. We purchased a 2011 Honda CRV and we love it. Worth every dollar. We went to go see a different car that was cheaper but we didn't really like it. Katy explained that it was priced to sell but she told us she had a better one that was a few thousand more. The first car was $7000 online but the other was $10000. Although we didn't want to finance that much we fell in love with our new car. Everything was perfect and its under 100,000 miles. If you know Honda's you know that is still new. She was also working with us as far as the dealers fees. Most dealers we visited added $3000 to the price after fees. Katy's fees were way less then that. Let me be clear, please read the fine print online. The price you see there will change due to fees. You have to expect that at any dealer. Also if you are going to finance remember that the bank is going to add interest fees to the total amount you finance. Those fees vary depending on your credit score and the APR the bank charges. That has nothing to due with the dealer. Overall we love our SUV and comfortable with our experience with Katy. Thank you for our new addition to the family!”
