“I was looking through the reviews on here from a few years ago and brought it up with the people working there today, Chris, Sony the new owner, and David his work partner. They put my worries to rest saying that auto legend is under new management, gave me excellent customer service, provided clear and accurate information and every transaction was documented and accessible to me. My questions were answered upfront and honestly as well. I was able to take my car (2011 Lexus RX 350) for a test drive and inspect under the hood. They reassured me on the check engine light scam prior to new management. The 3 of them were very kind, helped out with my insurance and got me the lowest rate possible, knocked it down from $650 to $292. Another plus is that the license plate was included in the final down payment cost so the entire process from start to finish was what I consider all inclusive! Awesome dealership. Bravo

“I purchased a 2010 Mazda3 from Big C Autos in 2021 for around $3,800 with just under 110,000 miles. I recently sold the car this year, and it was still running great. During the entire time I owned it, the only repairs I had to make were the brakes, shocks and struts, and sway bar links—normal wear-and-tear items for a car of that age. The A/C stayed ice cold, and everything worked as it should.
This was actually my second vehicle purchased from Big C Autos, and both cars have been reliable. The only negative experience I had was with the owner’s attitude. When I went to look at the car, another couple was also interested, and he seemed a bit dismissive. That was back in 2021, though, so I can’t speak to how he is today.
Overall, I think Big C Autos sells quality, dependable used cars. Based on my experience, I would buy from them again—even with the less-than-friendly customer service I experienced.”
