I am very upset by the service I received since I went to buy an envelope that I urgently needed and I had to wait more than 20 minutes for them to serve me. Then I went to the lady with glasses, and instead of serving me, she started talking; I don't know if she was on the phone talking or with another employee there, that is a lack of ethics because they are there to do their job, not to be talking when there are other people waiting in line.. Then she got angry and responded with a bad attitude, to which I asked her if she could sell me the envelope, and she told me that she couldn't sell it to me if I didn't send something by mail, which seemed incoherent to me, and I left. Also, if they are going to have people who are so slow and also have a bad attitude, it would be better if they put in a person who is more efficient at work, since why are they going to have a person who does not perform at work?

There is only one person serving and the woman with glasses is very impatient, has no patience and gets upset when you don't speak perfect English. 8/3/24. They need to place someone who speaks Spanish. THANKS

The woman who works there is rude...she puts up a sign that the service is interrupted and makes you wait...it's as if you weren't going to pay for the service

Not only is the branch of the usps a joke..but usps is a joke in itself. I will never run anything through the usps ever again. Its a shame i cant rate this trash establishment a 0 star

Front desk lady is unnecessarily rude and nasty. She is always on break at random times so I never know when to come. Talks to people like trash and is racist. To top it all she's extremely slow on purpose. I think she should retire or go work somewhere else where she can sit down and take break for 3 hours and not deal with people. She is WAY too comfortable since she is clearly not supervised/disciplined at all. There are many people out there with customer service skills looking for jobs. I will be calling USPS to file a former complaint.

The place closed before hours as usual. Closing time at 4.30 pm. 3.50 pm and it was already closed. This is not new. The community is affected. And USPS is always silent about it. Never a clear answer, never action taken. Misused taxpayer money.
