Me and my mom went here today. We regularly spent over $200-300 on our purchase here everytime. My mom asked if she can have some paper bags so we can separate the gifts that we bought for family and friends. Today, they used marshalls paper bags instead. So, we asked if we could have some small victoria secret paper bags that we can use for gift bags since we bought differents sets. The employee told us that they dont have enough but we saw they have it. He also told my mom that he doesnt know why she doesn't understand what he is talking about. It was very unprofessional for him to say that because my mom is a VIP Victoria Secret frequent shopper and we always get extra small paperbags because we always buy gifts for family and friends. I HOPE THE NEXT TIME WE GO HERE WE DON'T EXPERIENCE SOMETHING LIKE THIS AGAIN.

Everytime I come here they’re always good in customer service. The last time I came Juana helped me so much and left me a happy customer because I got this set that I was eyeing and she went all around looking for it. I’m very grateful :’) and the blue set (with the bra, garter and panties) is so pretty for only $15!! Love itt
