They were very unprofessional their the cashier's store manager and manager.... who told me to take my Victoria Secret purchased merchandise to Victoria "pink" for a return... come to find out Pink does not exchange their merchandise... so I went back to them with this information and when I told them that they need to re-train their staff on what proper protocol was they got UPSET WITH ME!!!! This was so unprofessional.... way to go Victoria Secret 4/8/23 6:30pm
