Only reason I came here was for the drive through ATM now that they removed it there is no reason for me to come to this location anymore.Bank is in a bad area having to get out of your car to use ATM is unsafe.

This is the worst bank I’ve ever been to in terms of customer service. I come in to open a new account. Got in, and nobody greeting you. I’ve sat down waiting & waiting. And then a lady with curly hair kicked us out looking at her watch saying it’s 5 o’clock and that they’re going to close.This is ridiculous. I guess it’s a great thing I didn’t open an account.

If I could rate this bank a ZERO, I would. This bank does not secure your account from fraud or theft. If this occurs the wait to access your account during this time of the pandemic is unacceptable. Because of the lack of preparedness in an emergency, I am unable to pay my bills as I am invalid. Now I question their security, and who are they to assume everyone has a computer or is internet savvy? I bet the stockholders aren't too worried!! My advice.... don't bank here!!

I was there yesterday and cashed my check and realized i was short by $187 dollars. I was on the clock working so i left in a hurry back to work to realize money missing.The teller didn't count the money loud in front of me and just handed me the money and even forgot to give me my driver license back. So i asked for it because as a FedEx driver i need my driver license on me. I have been trying to call tha bank for the last hour and no one answers the phone. I want a manager to call me back because i want the cameras ran on that teller guy. I have my receipt of my transaction and I don't appreciate being shorten by my own banking company. Very unprofessional and never in my years has this ever happened at any bank.

The worst experience what I've ever had in bank. They made things complicated to open a business acc. after 2,5 hours wait. then i went to another bank and get my business account in 20 minutes , thank you guys .

The bank is in a prime location with tons of foot traffic so it would make sense to have more than one banker on shift during a weekday but I guess common sense isn't as common as one may think. After waiting for over half an hour for a temporary debit card I decided to go speak with a teller and ask for assistance. The teller provided me with a solution that made the whole banking experience better and offer a future solution to the waiting problem. I can truly say that if it wasn't for the tellers this branch would be more of a disaster.
