What happened to this branch! Getting worse every time. The inside access line way has been reduced. You don't see specialists attending with transactions at the desk anymore. Therefore you have those customers at the window now. Of top of that tellers are really really slow, non-trained or I don't know what. On the day I visited the line was getting up to the main entrance door. And these tellers could barely keep the line going. They were taking like10, 15 minutes per person. At different points others associates, or managers were going in and out of the tellers counter but no one cared to do anything.Where is the sense of urgency !?Even the tellers were just laughing at different times, everyone living in their own world.Unbelievable!

What a ridiculous experience.I ordered checks online and my named was spelled wrong. I called to correct it and the women on the phone sent the checks to my old address, thus requiring me to close my account so my information isn't jeopardized.I, of course, needed to come into a branch. The banker I spoke with has to speak with customer support and neither seemed to have any idea on how to close my account because closing an account to these people is like quantum mechanics for NASA. They are always so confused. In any case, I was told "withdrawal all your money and the account will close". Come to find out, that isn't the case because I woke up with a negative balance despite being told all transactions are going to be denied. Shocked that I was given incorrect information (this is sarcasm, as the banker seemed utterly confused).Needless to say, you are better off trading your money with the deli down the street and asking them to handling your money. This branch is extremely undertrained and doesn't seem to understand anything beyond having you deposit money into your account. I LOST money using Wells Fargo. Avoid this clown show at all cost.

The people in thos bank are rude and have no compassion for people. I went to close my sons accounts due to he just passed awayAt 10am and the place was empty. No manager in the building only 2 bank tellers who didn't know what to do. So I was told to make an appointment because they don't know what to do and the Manager is out. How is the bank open with no Manager

Stay away from this awful branch!!! Every time I come here I wait 20 minutes when no one is in front of me!! Tellers just sit behind the glass staring back at you!! The machines won't recognize your card so make sure you bring your license even if your freaking picture IS ON YOUR CARD!!! And who is Mr Cole??!!! Ignorant and illiterate do not make for an enjoyable experience. Drive the 15 minutes to Broad Street in Newark. They understand customer service.

Horrible service, waiting for service about 20 mins or more (because they only had one bank teller available) when we were promised a wait of 2 mins. The greeting person at the entrance was absolutely rude kept repeating you need to wait, as if we didn't get what she was saying. Customer service rep totally lacks customer service skills, overall a nightmare experience. Avoid this location at all cost, Linden Nj has 100% better service!
