Jersey Garden in Elizabeth NJ location. Beware: the cashier is trained to notify you after purchase of the return policy. No returns or exchange on sale or clearance items including costume jewelry. I’ll be contacting the Commerce department to verify if this is good business practice.

Just had a great experience shopping at Windsor at the Jersey Gardens mall. Needed a dress for my daughter. They were extremely helpful, very pleasant, and quite personable. My daughter found a dress that she liked at an amazing price.
