“My experience here is a total contrast to the services the location at Paterson Plank has to offer. The staff here are courteous and accommodating. They may be doing something else but they don’t stop and make sure the line moves along. I have been here early or late in the day and the customer service has always been the same. I always drop my packages here with pre-printed labels just needing receipts. I literally just spend seconds. For anyone who has bad experience at the Paterson Plank location, you’re better off just going here.”

“Boy are we SOOO lucky in Glen Rock to have the rock star veterans we do at the USPS. Nancy is a gem that could never in a million years be replaced. Mercredi and Ruben are friendly, knowledgable and professional. All are great at what they do. Oh, and we love Shawn, our postal carrier too!”

“We came to the Little Ferry USPS on a Saturday to get fingerprinted for a background check because my wife and I both work during the weekdays and don’t really have time then.
At first, another employee started processing our information, but after realizing it was Saturday, stopped and told us fingerprinting normally isn’t done on Saturdays and asked us to come back during the week. We understood and were about to leave.
Then an employee named Aisha stepped in and kindly said she would help us anyway. She was extremely patient, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. With a young child and busy schedules, her willingness to help us that day meant a lot.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but her kindness and customer service truly stood out. Thank you again, Aisha!”

Despite my little brain fart at the self serve kiosk, Irene greeted me with a warm smile and helped me send out my letter efficiently and with so much kindness and patience. “I recently moved to NA and my letter carrier is the most pleasant man; even welcomed me to the neighborhood. I've never had an issue at the post office. The cashier (young man) is nice and quick. Whether I use the counter, the drop box inside the store or the mailbox right outside, everything is delivered without issue. The majority of the low rated reviews are made by entitled people living in NA that are older and miserable. I've seen the entitled behavior first hand. NA is a small town with a tiny post office that is doing their best being surrounded by larger and busier towns in the metropolitan area.”

“I love this little post office. The lady there is Very helpful. A lot of these post offices, they don’t help you and they don’t tell you anything. She let me know that flat rate is the cheapest way to go! She helped me save almost 10 dollars mailing my package to my nephew!”

“I find the different experiences amazing, running the gamut as they do. I have never had a problem there. People complaining about the parking? That's a Montclair issue, not a PO issue. I'm actually surprised the place is still open, given the other two locations, and just have to accept the limitations regarding closing (are the workers not entitled to a lunch break?) and other slight inconveniences.”

“Good post office location. Open until 6:00PM, counter staff has always been nice and helpful. Downside is the small parking lot that can fill up sometimes. USPS does not maintain the property well, cutting grass, picking up garbage, etc.”
