Aside from the great service and friendly demeanor, the mail seems to get there faster when sent from the 'magic' outdoor mailbox' on the corner outside the Post Office. Here is what happened to me at end of year 2020: I had a crucial bundle of documents to mail to along with a self-expense mail, I felt anxious before visiting the store, the lady who showed up at 8 AM on time helped me patiently through the end, she is professional and informative, step by step walked me through, and today I received my mail back with renewed document! “The people that work here are so nice , patient and helpful. However, the parking is the worst. Not sure why the cafe next store is still allowed to block off two spots for pick up. Its a county road I wonder how that is ok? I'm sure the dog groomer would love her own blocked off spots for drop off and pick up too. Covid is still here but the pick up panic is over.”

“So, I just signed up just to leave 2 reviews (compliments) today: for both West New York post offices. This location is the one that my husband almost always goes to for my packages. The woman who is usually at the counter is very good at her job. I'm sorry, I don't know her name, but I've also seen her before when I used to drop off packages myself. The woman doesn't even need to be asked for a receipt- she automatically hands one. I'm talking about for prepaid labels. I mention this because I've lived at 3 different towns my whole life, and this is the only town that has NO ONE giving hassles to customers about receipts. I always need the receipts for proof of acceptance. And, at my previous town (not West New York), the office has lost a package after refusing to scan its label. So, I always had to beg or kind of argue for them to scan them. But not in this post office. So far, 0 lost packages. Over here, the employees, (especially the woman) are very helpful and polite, and don't yell about receipts. I actually hate this town and wish to move, but also don't want to because this is the BEST post office that I've EVER been to, period (and I've visited ones from several different towns). Love this post office and workers! They really work hard and correctly. I wanted to send my thanks to all of them.”

“Peggy was really great; I had an appointment for my five year old daughter's renewal of passport and she helped us in a jiffy. She was clear, friendly, speedy, and efficient; she took one good picture, we signed papers, she made copies, and we were out within 10 minutes. And TJ Kim was in the office at the time and was friendly, kind and tolerant of my happy children as we waited. I would give 10 stars.”

“I go to this post office often, usually on Saturday and this is the best location around. been sending my ebay sales out from here for over 10 years. Amazinng staff!!!!! usually I just walk in and use their drop box but if its empty I will go in and say hello... never had any issues here and I have been to all the post office locations in the fair lawn/ elmwood park area this is #1. Usually they are very busy but it is because they are better than everyone else so people come here, including me and I live in Saddle brook.”
