“I had a tire blowout and stopped here expecting a stressful experience, but they took care of me right away. The staff was friendly, honest, and professional, and they got me back on the road much faster than I expected. The pricing was fair, and they explained everything clearly without trying to sell me anything I didn't need. It's hard to find service like this these days. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs tire repairs or replacement. Thank you for the excellent service!”

“This place was fantastic! I blew a tire on my travel trailer on the Thruway And I was towed to Mahwah To a tire place that was supposed to have what I needed. When we got there, they didn’t and I called at least a dozen local tire places with zero success. I called this place and the guy was so helpful although he did not have the exact tire I needed. He was able to sell me another one that was very similar. I ended up buying two which meant I needed to drive back to my trailer. Install the one tire bring the trailer back to him to install the second tire. The place stayed open an hour later for a complete stranger and saved my family vacation!!!! Had it not been for them my travel Trailer would have been sitting in the middle of a grocery store parking lot certainly overnight. My food would have spoiled and we never would have been able to get back on the road the same evening. Good people still exist! Luckily I live pretty local and will be using them from here on out!”

““Excellent service at Mavis Discount Tire! The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. They helped me find the perfect tires at a great price and had them installed quickly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they kept me updated throughout the process. I really appreciate their honesty and customer service definitely my go-to tire shop from now on. Highly recommend in Hackensack Mavis. I recently had an excellent experience with Mavis Discount Tire, and I want to take a moment to share my appreciation for the entire team. Finding an automotive service center that you can genuinely trust is not always easy, but Mavis has consistently shown me what professional, honest, and customer-focused service should look like. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with respect and professionalism. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and willing to take the time to listen to my concerns. They explained the work clearly and made sure I understood what needed to be done before moving forward. I especially appreciated that there was no unnecessary pressure or confusing sales talk. Everything was explained in a straightforward and honest way. The quality of the service was excellent. The technicians clearly know what they are doing and take pride in their work. Whether you need tires, brakes, an oil change, alignment, inspection, or other automotive repairs, it is reassuring to have a team that takes your safety seriously. My vehicle was handled carefully, and the work was completed professionally. What really stood out to me was the customer service. The team made me feel like more than just another customer. They were patient, respectful, and genuinely interested in making sure I was satisfied. They answered my questions, kept me informed, and made the entire process much easier than I expected. I also appreciate the value Mavis provides. Automotive repairs and maintenance can become expensive, so having a company that offers quality service while trying to provide reasonable pricing makes a big difference. I felt that my vehicle and my money were both treated with respect. A special thank-you to the management, service advisors, technicians, and entire staff for their hard work and dedication. It takes a great team to create a positive experience for customers, and this team deserves recognition. I would absolutely recommend Mavis Discount Tire to friends, family, coworkers, and anyone looking for a dependable place to take care of their vehicle. If you are looking for professional service, knowledgeable technicians, honest communication, and excellent customer care, I highly recommend giving Mavis a try. Thank you, Mavis Discount Tire, for the great service and for taking care of your customers. Keep up the excellent work. Thanks you so Much. Raja”

“I recently bought a wheel and tire from this seller, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase! The wheel was in excellent condition no bends, cracks, and the tire had tons of tread left. The seller was great to deal with he even installed the wheel for me and balanced the tire If you’re looking for wheels/tires, buy from this person with total confidence — honest, reliable, and top-quality stuff. Would definitely buy from them again! ??”
