“This is the third car of mine Chris has worked on, and the work is always done right. He just did my G37, replacing the OEM cats and converting the exhaust from stock to GTHaus, same as he did on my Q50 years ago. The guy is an artist in his craft.
It's not just exhaust work either. Chris has done oil changes, all my fluids, and brakes on my cars, and it's all done properly. Sealed, not leaking, torqued right, no shortcuts. The jobs other shops stay away from or are too afraid to take on, Chris just gets done.
What separates Chris and Sal from most mechanics is they know how to actually get the job done, not just do the job when everything goes perfectly. Something always comes up on a real car and they handle it. Anti-seize on the hardware. Polishing a mating surface so the parts seat right. Using the correct gasket for the joint, like knowing when it needs a crush gasket instead of a 3 bolt gasket, something YouTube University never told me. When something unique comes up, they figure it out.
