“I really appreciate the last minute help on a Saturday afternoon right before closing. I called at 2pm, was told they close at 3, explained my situation and was told come right now. Got there let's say 330, The counterman almost gave me a hard time, but the manager saved it. I left by 345... Brand new Crosstrek, literally 5 weeks old, all of a sudden couldn't open the sunroof, the rubber piece was jammed. I thought it could be unjammed, but they replaced it.”
