“I had a wonderful experience at Cornell. I needed a good-quality rollator for my 93-year-old mother and didn’t want another cheap one like the one I had previously purchased on Amazon.
When I stopped in, the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me choose the right rollator and even assembled it for me on the spot, which meant so much. Because of my own physical limitations, I’m not able to get down on the floor to put things together, so that extra help made a huge difference.
The rollator was perfect for my mom, and she was absolutely thrilled with it. It’s sturdy, comfortable, and exactly what she needed.

He then called me several times to personally let me know that he was successful. He then had my medications delivered in less than 2 hours.
