The tellers are terrible, inexperienced, it seems they don't give them training, they are slow with a bad attitude, the experience in this branch is bad, terrible and the worst thing is that it is always like this, they don't do anything to change it

The tellers are inefficient, they give you hard time to cash checks that are even from accounts in that branch where there is enough money to cash them. I have co-workers who prefer to go to other branches where they cash their checks without any questions asked.

I have been banking with PNC for the past 30 years, it was one of the worst experience, not only they are inefficient but also helpful. I had to go to a different branch to get the proper help.
