“The women who work here are the kindest and most patient employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at a post office. I will never use my local post offices again because this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. They helped me use up old postage I ordered incorrectly so I could mail several packages without wasting it or buying new stamps. They were patient and kind and pleasant with everyone. We had a lovely conversation while they helped me and I honestly can’t say enough nice things. Best post office in the COUNTY!!! Thank you and muita obgridada a meu amiga nova, who even practiced Portuguese with me! ❤️❤️”

“I lived in Cliffside for 13 years and I just walked by there one day never knowing the post office was there. If anyone knows the post office on Anderson Ave near pizza corner it is never open and if it is they are so rude. Is there a phone # for this place? Only the 800 #?

Ali & Margie are courteous, helpful and friendly.the outside of the facility is embarrassing for the USPS, garbage, overgrown weeds, containers of rotten food left by the dregs of society on the stairs for 2 sometimes 3 weeks. does this facility not have a maintenance crew?”

“I’ve been coming here for a while now. The counter people are super nice. The rest…. We’ll USPS is my last choice with any packages. They lie and pass the buck with the worst of them. I sent an overnight package cross country and the carrier ON VIDEO went to the door, looked around and left. No notice, knock or doorbell. The same carrier came back the next morning, signed my clients name (incorrectly) and dropped it in the mail box. They denied me a refund with no explanation. I have the cure… it’s ongoing ???”

“I think this post office is way better than other local post offices. Anyone complaining should go stand in line at the Palisades Mall PO or try communicating with the fools in Sloatsburg PO. The staff here are genuinely helpful and in 10 year s of visiting have always been able to assist with broken mailbox keys, international mailing, held parcels, 1-2 day expedited delivery, xmas mailing etc Sometimes the line is long, but it;s a post office so what do you expect.”

“I do not think I've ever encountered a U.S. postal service with 5 stars. I was curious and in the area so visited this location, and was impressed. It's in a cute area, across the street from a cafe. The post office was clean, and not busy whatsoever. Also, the mail clerk who helped me was kind, helpful, and professional. Definitely recommend this post office if you are in the area and in need of shipping.”
“I was in and out of this location relatively quickly. The staff was very friendly and location was well maintained. Not sure what the negative reviews were expecting but they get the job done better then most location IMO. If you expect straight forward effective service from a post office, this location is head and shoulders above most.”

“Lobby Hours (6am-6pm) i went today 08/05/24 to pick my mail from one of the boxes at 7:34am and main door was closed. We have 2 business boxes and this is the time i always go pick all our mail. Ohh let me mention that this is the 3rd time is happening.
I dont usually go inside (counters) unless we have a package to mail and their staff are very good.”
“Mrs. Karen is a very professional person.She helped me and my daughter thru the process to obtain our passports. Mrs. Karen shows multi cultural competency and excellent social skills. She is very skilled on taking good pictures and make children to cooperate for pictures. She guided me thru the process, answered questions, and clarified doubts. She is the agent that evey client would love to have for assistance. She is very fast assisting clients which avoids delays in the services offered. I recommend this facility to all residents of NJ. She made us feel welcome.”
“Aside from my town’s post office, I often come to this one, for its extended hours, especially on Saturdays they are open till 4pm. I always had a fast and efficient service here. All the clerks have been friendly and helpful. The post office has lots of good gifting and mailing materials available inside.”

“It’s a small post office, might seem a bit outdated as well. But i actually like that about it, the small town vibes. I have been here several times since i moved. The lines vary depending on the time of day. They are open till 7pm on weekdays so that’s helpful. Every time i have been there the clerks have been super helpful. I needed a lot of help deciding what package to send and save money as well when mailing a package to Europe and robert(clerk) was really nice and helped me with weighing the stuff and even told me about the best options. I needed that just so i can decide the best route to go. The clerks are always nice about making sure the mail is properly wrapped as well. Once i didn’t have the label on right and the clerk took the time and fixed it instead of just sending me away to fix it myself. I appreciated that. So over all i would recommend this place.”

“I had very positive experiences. Scott and the woman at the counter were great. Very knowledgeable and efficient. We came for the passport appointment as a family of 3. We were 10 mins late as I had realized I needed to take copies of the documents. Scott was super accommodating and was so fast that it took about 30 mins to have all new passports done (ton of papers to attach and put in order!!!). I rare leave reviews but Scott definitely deserves some recognition!!! Copies of the documents were taken at USPS. I have successfully received my passport.”
