“My tire caught a flat and I was looking for the nearest tire shop, and stopping at Mavis was the best decision I made. As soon as I drove in I was immediately greeted by the workers Alex Angelo George and Ahmad. The gave me the best customer service, I was helped by all 4 of them. They put put air in my donut and patched my tire up in less than half an hour of me being there. They saw I was in a rush and got me out of there quickly. I'm not from Mount Vernon but I would definitely go back there for their business and professionalism! They treated me like family! Any car issues they got you! Since then, I've joined several of the driving events he's put on and I'm now happily a part of the cult that is the Custom Shop's following. Now, I never have to worry about where to go for installs and for advice on mods. Brett is the real deal, with tons of experience with modifying trucks and sports cars. AND he's an enthusiast first and foremost, so he is just as passionate as you are about getting your car to perform at the level you want. Anan is also an amazing mechanic while being so personable.
