I have been to many different UPS stores. This one in Englewood Cliffs NJ was a bit different. Really friendly, efficient and focus was on making the customer feel happy! I needed a photo (2x1 1/2inches) which is slightly different than a passport photo (2x2inches). Jin, the owner made sure he made that size photo happen. He also is a notary and placed the notary stamp where it would not interfere with the application I needed to fill out. That extra care will make this UPS stores MY new UPS store!

Pleasant, helpful and efficient. I used to avoid using UPS as a shipping option due to the poor service I received at other locations. At the Englewood Cliffs location, they changed my perception of UPS service. They provide quick, no-hassle, friendly service every time!

Cool and helpful staff. Store has parking. Only issue is I laminated exactly 4 pages and it costed me around $50, so I'm not sure if I got scammed there.

I always have a great experience at the UPS Store in Englewood Cliffs. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient, making every visit quick and hassle-free. I paid over $400 for an international package and it never arrived, I got the package back 2 months later but the store owner never paid me back the money for the shipping. There was another few months argument with UPS over who had to pay me back and it was the owners responsibility which he never paid. Do not use this store for any shipping. Ever.

I have had a PO Box at this location for almost a year now. I also receive a lot of packages here as well. The owners and staff are simply amazing. I receive almost instant notifications from this store when packages are delivered. When I walk into the store I receive an amazing greeting and I am told my packages are ready without even giving my name, they just recognize me and retrieve my packages. Shipping new or dropping off return packages are so simple here. Their business hours are also very customer friendly. Just a great friendly atmosphere here and without a doubt the best UPS store in Bergen County.

Best UPS Store in bergen county. This store offers variety services, passport photo, PO Box, shipping supplies, name tag, and etc. Store is very clean and fully stocked. Owner and staffs are so kind and professional. This is my only goto UPS store in bergen county. Highly recommended if you need any helps with shipping and supplies.
