If you want basic supplies or have simple requests, come here. I had one request which was to print e signature for a past delivery. The ladies said, “no, we don’t do that here.” I drove to edgewater post office and made the same request, the post master went to the back room, and printed it out without issue. Post master ladies are lazy here.

The employee I encountered here at USPS Englewood Cliffs was INCREDIBLY RUDE, VULGAR AND ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL. Her attitude made me feel unwelcome and frustrated! I was here on 3/7/24 (around 10am) and it's absolutely unacceptable to be treated this way, especially when I'm just trying to send a package. Oh and not to mention that as soon as you walk in all you hear is loud rap/ghetto music playing. And that’s if you get lucky that they follow their operational hours cause they take breaks/close shop whenever they decide to do so! I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future

Packages that get routed through here end up being returned to sender all the time for no apparent reason. Nobody else has any trouble delivering here. Regular post office mail shows up every day no problem. I have no idea what the issue is but something is very, very wrong.

The quality of service has been free falling since the departure and/or retirement of the previous employees in the last couple of years. The biggest issue is the current staff not keeping and honoring the service/business hours and on regular basis will close earlier than the service posted service hours (5:00 PM on weekdays or 1:00 PM on Saturdays). We and many of our neighbors and friends have similar experiences and we hope this issue can be resolved so the service will be accessible to the customers/taxpayers as it is supposed to.

The teller here speaks gibberish, loud music playing, never have change. You cant expect for everyone to leave their change or have exact change or credit. This is a government agency. Please hire professional people that know how to speak and treat customers.

This is the worst post office I've ever been to. I asked for a receipt. She refused to give it to me and told me I could take a picture with my phone. She is reluctant to say many words, always one or two words. I'll be at the door at 12 noon on Saturday, sign closed. This does not correspond with the working hours of the post office. This is not the first time it has closed during working hours. Because I live in this town.
