I took a package to return and the post office lady tried to scan the code once and said that the code is not working so I can either reprint the mailing code or pay for shipping. She didn’t even try rescanning. I took the package to Fort Lee post office and there was no issue with scanning.

Englewood cliffs service is very very bad.
I won’t never visit there.
She said she is manager but I can’t believe it.
