Packages that get routed through here end up being returned to sender all the time for no apparent reason. Nobody else has any trouble delivering here. Regular post office mail shows up every day no problem. I have no idea what the issue is but something is very, very wrong.

The quality of service has been free falling since the departure and/or retirement of the previous employees in the last couple of years. The biggest issue is the current staff not keeping and honoring the service/business hours and on regular basis will close earlier than the service posted service hours (5:00 PM on weekdays or 1:00 PM on Saturdays). We and many of our neighbors and friends have similar experiences and we hope this issue can be resolved so the service will be accessible to the customers/taxpayers as it is supposed to.

The teller here speaks gibberish, loud music playing, never have change. You cant expect for everyone to leave their change or have exact change or credit. This is a government agency. Please hire professional people that know how to speak and treat customers.

Go the the UPS Store next door. The Fort Lee USPS is much more crowded but generally the employees are paying a bit more attention. Not happy with my experience with USPS. I paid $10 to ship plants from NJ to Florida. The package was sent back to my house twice! The first time was because the To and From were in the wrong order. Fine. But the second time, the woman behind the desk reassured me that it would get to my destination. Two days later it returned to my house! Now my plants are dead.

I have come here many times, never a bad experience. I mailed letters, packages and used money order services. Only bad part is the line can be long sometimes.

Show up with 15 seconds to close and they lock you out. Ridiculous. No wonder postal mail is dying out and slowly going out of business. Maybe if the women behind the counter had a nicer attitude instead of rude and nasty then postal mail wouldn’t be dying out. I’m sure you can make an exception and extend an extra 3 minutes of your day to handle a customer. It’s not THAT serious. The attitude is what I didn’t need. Right and wrong way to approach a customer.***** update****For a week straight they threw my mail at my garage loosely instead of my mailbox. I filed a complaint as I am missing pieces of important mail as a result of poor delivery. Never once was I contacted. Days later got a survey to rate customer support. Naturally I gave 1 across board. What customer support? Nobody contacted me.Days later went in for passport renewal only I don’t know how process works. Was looking for assistance. They refused to help. Threw an envelope in my face and said “fill this out”I gave them back the envelope and asked to pay for the 5 stamps I got. One of them was nasty. Goes “I don’t know what you got”. Great. Shake your tail feather a little and look in front of you!!!!! Beyond lazy.A quiet man walked in behind us and he got chewed out by both women working the desk for no reason at all. He asked a question which and they just screamed and yelled at me, humiliating him. Nasty nasty nasty. Rude rude rude.Literally the WORST post office in the area. Go to tenafly. They’re so sweet, nice and extremely helpful. I don’t know what happened here or when it became so nasty but they really need to teach these women some manner, etiquette and customer service or simply replace them. You cannot treat customers like trash!!!!!!!

Zero stars. Worst customer service. Rude. Mocking and laughing at customers. This office used to have competent employees until about two years ago, when they hired two new people. Since then, they can't move a finger to do anything. Cannot be bothered to do anything, every single mailing is a huge favor from those people. Should be happy they have a stable job and income, and someone hired them, because if this were not a Government owned entity, they would be out on the street, given lack of any skillset. Simply disgusting!
