“Drove by and looks like they closed permanently. No answer on the phone, and no webiste. I trusted John and used them for any body work. Does anybody know where his crew went? New shop? Or can anybody recommend a trustworthly local shop?”
“Have used (unfortunately) a number of auto body repair locations in the area. Have determined that Hi Tech is head and shoulders above the rest with the best service and best pricing. I only wish that I had know about Hi Tech earlier. Would never have gone anywhere else.”
“Had both front and rear driver's side door, as well as driver side rear quarter panel replaced from an accident I was in a couple of weeks ago. MJ and everyone else I dealt with at his shop was so nice to work with. MJ had the car repaired in fewer days than anticipated and also for almost $900 less than his initial estimate. And the car looks and drives like it's brand new. I hope I don't need any body work on my car again any time soon, but if I do, this place is now in my contacts as the place I'll go to.”

“I have had some unfortunate things happen to my car- the first time, I did get other quotes, but Jay's Garage was the best- they were reasonable, and got the car back to me in reasonable time.
Recently I had 2 hit and runs on my car which did a lot of damage, no need for other quotes went back to Jay's , they do great work, and are very pleasant to do business with . Kei Lee is very nice and helpful, and worked with my insurance company-
I hope I don't have any more mishaps with the car- but if I do, I will go back to Jays Garage, the best service and experience. I would highly recommend.”
“After having a terrible experience about 2 months ago, I unavoidably had to return to Lexus service to get my 2nd key. Before I got there, I was told the process would take 45 minutes but after getting there, Woody(advisor) explained it would take much longer. I thought to myself...here we go again. I explained my bad experience to Woody. Telling him the details and about Grace who tried her best to fix the screw up. He was immediately apologetic and did everything he can to rectify what happened to me. In addition, Andrew and Car Kraft fixed a couple of small things that they did not ask any payment for. This was very considerate. It turns out, this is the third time I've had collision repairs done here (none of which were my fault ... really!). Thank you for your fine work each time.”
