“I review very little but felt compelled to write this immediately after returning home from my service appointment today.
Woody, the service department manager(?) deserves the biggest shout out. It was a very busy day compounded by significant roadwork surrounding the dealership, which I’m sure was adding to wait times. I was initially told a much shorter duration of time than I ended up being there. However, I could tell everyone was doing their best to move things along and all staff were frequently checking on waiting customers. Because of the prolonged wait time, Woody went out of his way to accommodate me in ways he did not have to and were most certainly not expected of him. They’ve earned any future business from me and I’m extremely grateful.”
“My car had rear damage on one side from a recent collision. Andrew and his team did a fantastic job in fixing the damage and completing ancillary repairs. In addition, Andrew and Car Kraft fixed a couple of small things that they did not ask any payment for. This was very considerate. It turns out, this is the third time I've had collision repairs done here (none of which were my fault ... really!). Thank you for your fine work each time.”

“Had both front and rear driver's side door, as well as driver side rear quarter panel replaced from an accident I was in a couple of weeks ago. MJ and everyone else I dealt with at his shop was so nice to work with. MJ had the car repaired in fewer days than anticipated and also for almost $900 less than his initial estimate. And the car looks and drives like it's brand new. I hope I don't need any body work on my car again any time soon, but if I do, this place is now in my contacts as the place I'll go to.”
