“This guy is absolutely amazing, he has helped me over the phone multiple times with repairing my PC when I just need a second opinion, or very crucial advice to what I’m trying to fix. He’s always there toand any time I’m stuck on a repair and i can’t fix it myself, He has always taken care of it extremely fast and professionally. I’ve called him multiple times just for help on my own repairs, and refused to take money that I offered for his time he’s an extremely nice guy and extremely helpful.”
“So I casually walked into the store yesterday to just walk around and explore some products. “Well if this isn't a photographers paradise I don't know what is! When I was taking photography classes, I had heard about B&H and all the great they have here. I even ordered some products online. Years back, I was finally able to visit the store in person when I was in Manhattan. I still use that camera bag that I bought back then today. B&H is huge. I could get lost for days walking around checking out and trying new stuff. Floors and floors worth of equipment make this the place to check out if you are into camera equipment. Very helpful customer service too.”

“This is the only Apple store in the country that is open 24/7! And it's crazy busy! The place is huge and has a dramatic entrance (a circular staircase leads you down to the store) and there are employees everywhere including at the bottom of the staircase to help move people along.We were only there to check out the iPhone chargers for our daughter. I was pointed in the right direction where another employee was situated to help customers find what they needed. He was very patient as my husband asked questions not even related to chargers while other customers waited to be helped. For such a busy place, it was a pleasant experience!”
“The screen was the one indicated, and they took the trouble to confirm that it was the correct screen. For this they ask for the computer model and other data (if they opened the laptop and could see the component data, that may help). It should not happen that they buy a part that is not compatible.The shipment arrived on time, and once the part was brought to me, the technician was able to implement it without any problem.Super recommended”
“It's a supermarket of computer parts. And of course TVs and printers. They will build your computer if you want them to or you can just go around and buy all the parts and take it home and put it together yourself. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Which is good for the business because no business would be successful without a good working staff. Management chose right when they picked. the staff.Plenty of parking handicap accessible.”
“I had the best experience - I was by Grand Central, got a call that my elderly mom had a fall…I needed to keep in touch with her caregivers but my phone charge was low. I went to the GC Apple Store, asked someone (Jessy) if I could charge my phone for 15 minutes, she cheerfully got me on a charger. Several other Apple staffers stopped by to check on me. “I needed to replace a cracked screen on an iPhone X in order to turn it in to get a rebate on a new phone. At the same time, I cracked my iPad screen. TSS gave me a great price for both screens and fixed them both the same day. Great, friendly service and I was able to turn in the phone for a $350 discount on my new phone. So even with repairs I ended up with a profit, thanks to the very professional service I got here.”
“You know that I'm usually a proponent of big-box chain stores because I think they're hooked into a better supply chain and can get things faster and (usually) cheaper. But I've been burned badly of late at Best Buy, and Dyckman Electronics Center has me reconsidering my position. It's a solid #MerlinFIIIIVEEEEEE (elongate the vowels, elevate the pitch) and then some. My jam: I needed to replace a dishwasher and oven right away. (Don't ask: sometimes, somebody just needs a dishwasher and an oven, you know?) Called this place up and got reasonable quotes right away. The stuff was at my place in a couple hours. A lot of indie shops price gouge shamelessly. This place is the opposite. I'd definitely recommend talking to Angela if you're in a jam similar to mine. She'll take care of you and help you out if things go South (which they did for me -- I initially got a 30 inch oven by mistake for a 24 inch slot, and she told me to relax and fixed it!)”

On my second encounter with the laptop Taquain Gonzalez at the Microsoft center, this staff member was extremely helpful with setting up my device and explaining step by step what I needed to do in the short and long term. I also able to optimize on other Microsoft applications to increase my work productivity and efficiently. I hope all customers get to interact with Taquain!”

“This is a quite large store, fully stocked with everything you could possibly think of appliance and tech wise. I had traveled here from the North West Bronx to pick up a Motorola Razr, so like a world away. Anyways, after my two hour trek I thought I had lost my ID so I wouldn't be able to pick it up. Fortunately I was able to find my ID and the manager was able to work with me on it. Great staff.”
