“My son and I had a wonderful experience at the L.L.Bean at the Freehold Mall thanks to Chris. He was incredibly informative, patient, and helpful while assisting us in choosing the right hiking shoes and waterproof jackets for my son’s upcoming trip to Scotland.
Chris really took the time to explain the different options and made sure we found items that were both practical and comfortable for the weather and hiking conditions. His knowledge and excellent customer service made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable.

I’m beyond glad we came here because the manager Daniele turned my entire morning around. Her and her staff jumped in to help me find dresses to try on. “Went on a weekday, and staff Latrell was excellent. Definitely knew the stores products and the difference between the jeans. I had an older pair of Lucky jeans, that of course they have changed the name and number of, but the salesman knew which is the newer version. Store was clean, plenty of products and sizes available.”

“I have been going to jockey for more than 10 years. It has been a five star location for those 10 years. Recently, I went and picked up my usual assortment of underwear and socks. I bought two packages of extra large T-shirts. I tried them on at home and discovered they were either a 2X or a 3X. The shirts were marked incorrectly and now I have to go back and exchange them. I live 45 to 50 minutes away. I gave it two stars because of the friendly service that I received when buying the shirt I’ve never had a problem with Jockey before.”

“Went to one of my favorite stores today in the Freehold Mall and was not disappointed. Nowadays, it is rare to find someone in retail who is happy and willing to help you. Angelique is the exception to today's nom. She is SO INCREDIBLE, iconic, amazing I could go on.
Angie went above and beyond to help me find the correct sizes in clothing I needed and even offered to hold my other heavy shopping bags behind the counter so I shop freely.

“I just read a review of this store, and I have to say I was truly shocked and disappointed by the way the sales associate was spoken about. It was especially upsetting because I have always received such a warm and welcoming greeting whenever I walk into this store.
I’ve found all of the sales associates to be incredibly helpful, whether I’m looking for one particular item, putting together a complete outfit, or shopping for a gift. They are truly over the top when it comes to helping and styling. They are so talented at what they do and have such a great eye for putting pieces together. They take the time to understand what you’re looking for and always seem to know exactly what will work.
I do agree with one point in the review: there really aren’t many places to shop in this area. That’s one of the reasons I appreciate this store so much. They have fabulous merchandise, with everything from casual pieces to chic, stylish outfits.
The staff has always gone above and beyond for me, whether I need something for myself or am looking for the perfect gift for someone else. My experiences here have always been incredibly positive, and I think it’s important to share that perspective as well.
I’ve consistently felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for whenever I shop here. The sales staff is talented, helpful, and passionate about what they do—and that absolutely deserves to be recognized. ❤”
