Started out with this store to get a certain designer bridal gown to be special ordered to the store for my dress try on with all the moms and future in laws in tow. Enough room to accommodate a bigger party comfortably.
Tried it on and was not the dress for me. Ended up picking the first dress I saw in the store to try on after my special order flopped. The staff ordered it and the matching veil and all the accessories there.
Trying on about 5/7 dresses to confirm it was the one LuAnn and the staff there made my bridal experience a breeze! From special ordering for my first dress shopping experience to pick up of my dress at my convenience! 5 stars!”

The sales rep showed me showed me different styles that would be impossible to do online. “I'm giving it five stars only because the salesperson Mike R. was so friendly and helpful he was the only one working on the sales floor and cleaning his department while three other workers were in the middle of the store by clearance talking negative about another co-worker. They looked at us and just ignored us and continued talking. So unprofessional. They should be setting the example! Mike has a great work ethic :)”

“Went to one of my favorite stores today in the Freehold Mall and was not disappointed. Nowadays, it is rare to find someone in retail who is happy and willing to help you. Angelique is the exception to today's nom. She is SO INCREDIBLE, iconic, amazing I could go on.
Angie went above and beyond to help me find the correct sizes in clothing I needed and even offered to hold my other heavy shopping bags behind the counter so I shop freely.
She was so warm, kind, and pleasant. It was such a wonderful experience. Angie, you're the best!!!! Angie for president.”

“Conveniently located within freehold raceway mall. Nice shop with a lot of varieties for men and women. We liked few collections and for few . Priced a little high but the quality was good .. service and billing could be quicker . It’s slow especially when slightly crowded . Parking is crazy in this mall. Lots of eateries and restaurants in this mall. Liked it overall”

“This is the kind of place I go into during the holidays or birthdays when I need to pick out a gift for that certain type of immature friend. It's fun to just browse through what they have because it's a fun store. Even when I don't buy anything, sometimes I go in there just to look around. The location here is relatively clean and tidy.”
“I bought a pair of Jordan breds and a pair of Jordan 6 rings online and had to return one of them and get a bigger size for the other.I was at the mall and got to the store a few minutes before they close (couldn’t find the store as they were listed as JD sports on the directory)And- I didn’t have the card that I originally used online.Bret- from the store reordered a bigger pair and gave me a gift card for the other pair.Very helpful and they stayed open till the transaction was complete!Three days later, I have the perfect fitting brand new shoes - in the size that I wanted - delivered.Great service!”

A customer was getting into a heated argument over something so small with one of her employees and the manager stuck up for her and tried to calm the situation down so respectfully only to be met with disrespect from the customer. Didn’t stick around long enough to tell her but if you see this girly I wish I had a manager like you when I worked retail!”
