“After my horrible and FIRST experience wedding dress shopping at castle couture off the runway my one bridesmaid called Azaria asking if we can come today so I can try on dresses. I’m beyond glad we came here because the manager Daniele turned my entire morning around. Her and her staff jumped in to help me find dresses to try on. I wish I took everybody’s name down that helped so I can give them a shout out. She picked out the styles I love and gave me a few different options just to try. She really made my experience a great one. I almost said yes to the dress but I’m not sure if it’s THE one. I highly recommend shopping here because they have a wide variety of dresses to choose from. Thank you to Daniele and her team for a better morning/afternoon🤍”
“Still love the clothes... even though they're beginning back 1994 . I'm so happy they stopped spraying all the cologne in the store and lowered the volume of their music. The prices are basically steady. I still love this place”

The sales rep showed me showed me different styles that would be impossible to do online. “Went to one of my favorite stores today in the Freehold Mall and was not disappointed. Nowadays, it is rare to find someone in retail who is happy and willing to help you. Angelique is the exception to today's nom. She is SO INCREDIBLE, iconic, amazing I could go on.
Angie went above and beyond to help me find the correct sizes in clothing I needed and even offered to hold my other heavy shopping bags behind the counter so I shop freely.
She was so warm, kind, and pleasant. It was such a wonderful experience. Angie, you're the best!!!! Angie for president.”

“I'm giving it five stars only because the salesperson Mike R. was so friendly and helpful he was the only one working on the sales floor and cleaning his department while three other workers were in the middle of the store by clearance talking negative about another co-worker. They looked at us and just ignored us and continued talking. So unprofessional. They should be setting the example! Mike has a great work ethic :)”

“Conveniently located within freehold raceway mall. Nice shop with a lot of varieties for men and women. We liked few collections and for few . Priced a little high but the quality was good .. service and billing could be quicker . It’s slow especially when slightly crowded . Parking is crazy in this mall. Lots of eateries and restaurants in this mall. Liked it overall”

“This is the kind of place I go into during the holidays or birthdays when I need to pick out a gift for that certain type of immature friend. It's fun to just browse through what they have because it's a fun store. Even when I don't buy anything, sometimes I go in there just to look around. The location here is relatively clean and tidy.”
“Just got back home from shopping at JD Sports and all i can say is WOW! The new store looks so amazing!! very clean and such a nice put together staff! The one that stuck out to me was a Manager named Jon! He went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly! I went in to browse and i walked out with 2 pairs of shoes and nice outfit for work! I 100% will be coming back with the family.. i’m very satisfied !! 10/10 experience”

“We had such a great experience shopping at Aeropostale! The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of styles perfect for our upcoming vacation. What really made our visit stand out was the amazing customer service we received from Luc. He was extremely helpful and patient, taking the time to understand what we were looking for and suggesting outfits that fit both our style and budget. “I never write reviews but I stopped by the other day and I gotta say that manager was amazing! A customer was getting into a heated argument over something so small with one of her employees and the manager stuck up for her and tried to calm the situation down so respectfully only to be met with disrespect from the customer. Didn’t stick around long enough to tell her but if you see this girly I wish I had a manager like you when I worked retail!”

“My son and I had a wonderful experience at the L.L.Bean at the Freehold Mall thanks to Chris. He was incredibly informative, patient, and helpful while assisting us in choosing the right hiking shoes and waterproof jackets for my son’s upcoming trip to Scotland.
Chris really took the time to explain the different options and made sure we found items that were both practical and comfortable for the weather and hiking conditions. His knowledge and excellent customer service made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable.
