“The employees here, mostly female including one with blue hair, i didn’t get her name , but she was very pretty and friendly and nice and i hope she becomes a manager because she and i talked while she rang up my items. Hot Topic has gotten WAY BETTER than Spencer’s and they always provide me with the absolute best customer service and plus, they always have the best merchandise and clothing . ??i will keep shopping here because i had a bad experience at the Spencer’s next door. Don’t support them, i hope Hot Topic stays open.”

Started out with this store to get a certain designer bridal gown to be special ordered to the store for my dress try on with all the moms and future in laws in tow. Enough room to accommodate a bigger party comfortably.
Tried it on and was not the dress for me. Ended up picking the first dress I saw in the store to try on after my special order flopped. The staff ordered it and the matching veil and all the accessories there.
Trying on about 5/7 dresses to confirm it was the one LuAnn and the staff there made my bridal experience a breeze! From special ordering for my first dress shopping experience to pick up of my dress at my convenience! 5 stars!”

She got to hold me the stranger things demogorgon onesie and slippers she was so nice to talk on the phone with I was coming from an hour away and when I go there I let the cashier know and they got the items for me! “This location is nicely laid out, and the staff are helpful. Sometimes it's hard to find them, but generally they're around. There are a lot of dressing rooms, and it's easy to navigate the store and know where everything is. It's right in the main hall at the Freehold Mall.”

“I bought a pair of Jordan breds and a pair of Jordan 6 rings online and had to return one of them and get a bigger size for the other.I was at the mall and got to the store a few minutes before they close (couldn’t find the store as they were listed as JD sports on the directory)And- I didn’t have the card that I originally used online.Bret- from the store reordered a bigger pair and gave me a gift card for the other pair.Very helpful and they stayed open till the transaction was complete!Three days later, I have the perfect fitting brand new shoes - in the size that I wanted - delivered.Great service!”

“I never write reviews but I stopped by the other day and I gotta say that manager was amazing! A customer was getting into a heated argument over something so small with one of her employees and the manager stuck up for her and tried to calm the situation down so respectfully only to be met with disrespect from the customer. Didn’t stick around long enough to tell her but if you see this girly I wish I had a manager like you when I worked retail!”
