I live in a 70 year old house and was still using the same Kenmore washer and dryer that was there when I moved in 36 years ago in 1987. When I decided to finally get a new washer/ dryer/refrigerator during the recent Black Friday Sale, Andrew was very astute making me realize that my water and gas valves no doubt needed to updated for the new washer & dryer to work smoothly without problems (or a catastrophe) and when I was overcharged inappropriately for the latter transaction by their plumber, he went that extra mile & made sure that I was appropriately reimbursed and treated fairly. His customer service was truly extraordinary. If you need the latest in new, modern, efficient appliances not only at a fantastic price, but also want personalized customer service by a person and a company of utmost integrity, I highly recommend without reservations Andrew at the Manalapan, NJ store!”

Nikita was straight up and no mincing of words. My new phone was up and running in about 20 minutes. This is the only T mobile store I would visit as others fell short. He also is very knowledgeable about all the products in the store because I was not sure what phone to get. I think that T-Mobile is lucky to have him as an employee because most companies don't have employees that are so considerate of their customers. T-Mobile is lucky to have him as an employee because of what I said earlier therefore I highly recommend that he I highly recommend that he gets a raise or at least a free lunch for the month he was my Christmas angel.”

“I can say that the customer service was pretty good. I guess it depends on the time of day. I came to purchase new WiFi router and as chance would have it was able to buy one within 20 minutes. The selection is pretty adequate and despite multiple attempts to upsell you during checkout, the sales associate wasn't too pushy.”

I asked if they had any more and they said no. I said aww man and I left. I came back a few days later and to my surprise, more Zebra cakes. "We ordered more for you buddy." “I wanted to take a moment and write this review because of the incredible service I received at this Verizon Wireless store location. I went to the store to deal with a charging problem with my daughter's iPhone 5. The store manager James MacFarlane greeted me and he immediately began to troubleshoot the issue. After trying several chargers it was determined that there was a problem with the phone itself. He proceeded to inform me about my insurance coverage and actually made the call to the insurance representative on my behalf. He worked with the representative and my daughter will be receiving her new phone in two business days. In addition, James talked me through the instructions via iTunes to back up my daughter's defective phone and how to restore her information when we get the new phone. His caveat was that we could also bring the phone to the store and they would perform the transfer for her. At the same time that we were dealing with the defective phone, James reviewed my account and suggested a few changes that would allow me to purchase a "hot spot" mobile router while lowering my bill so that there wouldn't be any incremental cost (other than an activation charge for the hot spot) in my monthly bill. This solves a commuting issue for me as I work in NYC and this solution will ensure that I have a secure Internet connection for all the devices that I carry (iPhone, iPad and laptop) during the long bus rides. James MacFarlane went above and beyond in servicing not just my initial need for the iPhone, but also to review my account and suggest an additional solution, at no additional cost (by the way, the hot spot came with a rebate for the same price as the device itself, so essentially free). James provides the highest level of service that I as a Verizon customer appreciate. Well Done!”

I rarely contact with the workers here because I use the 7-Eleven app to scan the items I'm buying, pay via the app, and then leave without any fuss by scanning the QR code near the entrance. I suppose you couldn't ask for a better start than that!”
