“Iacopps was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional while assisting my dad with opening a new Verizon account and applying his military discount. He took the time to answer all of my dad’s questions thoroughly and carefully walked him through transferring all of his messages, photos, and other important information to his new device. Even though the store was very busy, Iacopps never rushed the process and made sure everything was reviewed in detail and transferred successfully. His kindness, patience, and excellent customer service made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate his help!”

“I booked a 5:00 pm appointment because my Apple Watch would not turn on. Unfortunately, no one spoke to me or acknowledged my appointment until nearly 7:00 pm. I eventually had to approach a staff member myself because I could not wait any longer. When I tried to ask one of the technicians what was going on, he ignored my question entirely, which was very disappointing.

It was frustrating to experience such poor communication and inefficiency at an Apple Store.

That said, I want to highlight that Mahammood provided excellent service when he helped diagnose my device. He was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. After I told him I wanted to file a complaint, he also took the initiative to contact the manager. The manager, Steven, was courteous, listened carefully, and addressed my concerns appropriately.

While this store clearly has issues with staffing and appointment management, there are individuals here who are working hard and trying to make things right.”

“I was a mess with trading in my Xbox. Went to 2 diff stores that were dead they couldn’t help me. Mike and Chris went above and beyond for me I could have had 7 diff problems for multiple different reasons but they helped me with every problem coming up with a solution great friendly ppl great staff great GameStop. Would be excited to go back to GameStop just to say hi to those guys they were so cool!!!”
