The Geek Squad is often short staffed and has poor communication skills, though they offer services for repairs and installations. The store is handy for finding items right away, but some services, like car stereo installation, require visiting a different location. Checkout can involve multiple attempts to upsell, though associates are not always too pushy.

Ample free parking handicap accessible spots. Nice greeting at entrance and very helpful staff. Well organized with weekly sales items. Tech folks professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
