“I don’t typically shop at Hot Topic but I saw they had Barbie merch as well as Hello Kitty so I stopped into the Freehold location. The staff was so nice! Literally 3 different people talked to me, when most of the time when you walk into a store you’re usually ignored, which I don’t necessarily mind, but it’s also nice to be greeted in a friendly manner too. The staff was helpful but not at all pushy or anything. They were even so sweet to my child too which is always a plus. Highly recommend!”

“This location is nicely laid out, and the staff are helpful. Sometimes it's hard to find them, but generally they're around. There are a lot of dressing rooms, and it's easy to navigate the store and know where everything is. It's right in the main hall at the Freehold Mall.”

Michelle was telling me how I couldn't use the gift card numbers without the gift card. Rachel and Bailey had the can do attitude and had a solution to fix my slight dilemma. The overall store was great and Rachel and Bailey made the experience much better.”

“Thank God for the tourists. This is one place where you'll be glad to run into a tour bus of eager transcontinental visitors since you'll be free to browse at your leisure tapping into just enough ala carte sales help as you require. Brook's Brother's Golden Fleece has taken a battering over the last few years but in the stores that remain the clothing remains classic and sturdy with expert, timely alterations as a given. In Jackson there's always a sale of some sort and discounts on "last year's" merchandise are a windfall since this venerable clothier trades in enduring styles, not transient fashion. Who knows how long they'll be around as even white shoe law firms and the major financial houses have gone at least partially "khaki." Regardless, theirs is a nice store with excellent service and no sales tax. Four stars... first marks please... and cue the tourists.”

“I was at the outlet in Jackson a few weeks ago and Meegan was unbelievably helpful. I asked her if there was anyone I could talk to about her service as I checked out and she gave me this email. I honestly had every intention of buying one pair of the cheapest pants I could find and ended up buying 3 pairs (almost 4 but didn’t have my size in store or online!) at various prices because she was so helpful. I was there for probably an hour! And while I was trying clothes on I could hear her spreading her vibrant energy and assisting others all over the store with the same amount of impeccable service. She was seriously a breath of fresh air to be around and I wish I could do more to rave about her. She truly seems like a beautiful human and I hope you appreciate having her as an employee.”

“I love how they have so many matching family outfits. They also label then to so you know. I wish they had a larger boy section, it's usually in a small area while the girls takes up majority of the kids clothes. They did however have some great finds. We got the kids matching skeleton pajamas, matching spider web shirts and a few smaller items. The sales were great and they have great stuff for the whole family. It's usually always clean and organized too.”

“had a great experience here yesterday! me and my mom were there with my little brother to buy him some new sneakers, and as a growing 10 year old boy you can imagine how hard it is to find something that not only fits, but also has a little room to grow into. Rob was so awesome with going to the back and pulling all of the shoes we wanted to try on, as well as checking for other sizes and even measuring my brother’s foot. he was extremely friendly as well as knowledgeable. i highly recommend asking for him the next time you visit!!”

“Went to buy a pair of shoes at this store today and I was pleasantly surprised of how well organized and neat the store was. It was very easy for me to find what I was looking for. I met Karen the store manager and she was very pleasant to deal with, helped me pick out the shoes I wanted and was very patient with me. I must say, I’m impressed she can really multitask, I saw her one minute fixing shelf the other asking me how she could be of assistance, all the while helping other customers out. Her staff also showed interest in their customers. It was a very nice environment. By the way Karen supported her team i could tell that she has strong leadership qualities that makes her and asset to JImmy Jazz and for sure her customers, will definitely shop here again!??”

I am a breast cancer patient and during the past 2 years of surgeries I've always been able to find a super comfortable bra with lots of help! “I've been shopping at Kohl's for years. A few years back they stopped accepting the Kohl's coupons towards Nike and I think it was Under Armour. Now they are including Carters brand that they no longer accept the percentage coupons for. So now if I want any of those brands I go to the respective outlets for that brand. At some point the coupons will be useless at Kohl's, and I for one won't be going there to shop.”
