“Honest service center that I will always take my cars to. I don’t worry about being ripped off or over charged. I had a VW with weird wanting lights that I brought to them. They tried figuring out the issue and could not and recommended I take to a VW dealership. When I asked them what it cost for the diagnostic etc they said nothing since they couldn’t resolve it. Took it to VW and it was some weird glitch and a simple tire pressure sensor that was bugging out everything else Charged me $1k for it! Hendersons is my first stop for all my car needs.”

“An hour from home and with a flat, I went into Lou’s at 445 on a Friday to see if I could borrow a lug wrench and jack to swap out my spare after I plugged the tire myself. Big name shop across the street offered to sell me tire(what?). Lou had one of his guys help me out and I was off in less than 10 mins. Wouldn’t accept any money I offered. A stand up shop”

Though always long lines reduces 1 star.It seems one staff is responsible 3 to 4 stations, which they constantly work on transaction, pumping gas, operating keypads, directing and position cars to their stations... as they are very busy, drivers are usually patiently waiting for the staffs to get to them.I guess for the 5-star reason mentioned previously, all drivers are willing to wait...(?) We arrived around 10:05am on an ordinary Monday, and by the time we left it was 10:39am; and my husband wasn't any unhappy about it because with Costco's gasoline cash back program, his total out-of-pocket was $3.85/gal Verdict: 4 stars”

“Had a screeching sound start on my 32k mile ford expedition. Thought it was a belt, dropped the car off at Dave’s. He found the problem quickly, which was a rock caught between my pad and rotor. Found the problem and fixed it for $170. Very honest and quick experience. Will be coming to Dave’s as long as I live in the area.”
