I heard they had a crazy day yesterday (sounds like they’re often swamped from these reviews). I had mentioned I’d not seen it so empty- we walked in and were seen right away. Can’t say enough about how great these ladies have been, year after year! <3”
“I have been for coming here for quite some time after visiting many different places and having my blood drawn. What people don’t know is that I’m a physician. I understand that when you come to places to get your blood drawn, their is going to be people that are training and that’s expected. That’s how we all learn. A bruise here and there isn’t going to kill anybody. If you want to
10 year trained phlebotomist, then you may want to consider paying another thousand dollars on your health insurance and requesting it. These girls are wonderful and I think it’s time that somebody told them and I’m sorry I waited too long . Great job ladies”

“I know a lot of people have had problems with Persante in the past, but my experience was far different. I had a sleep study at Jefferson Hospital Cherry Hill last night. The facility was newly furnished (even with spring water for evening ablutions). The technician, Chris was very pleasant, personable, and very capable. He answered all my questions, was attentive to my needs, explained the procedure and the need for it, and as a result I had the best sleep I have had in the five sleep studies I have had over the years. I highly recommend Jefferson Cherry Hill as a sleep study center with Chris as technician.”

“The team here is great. A huge line on a Saturday morning for walk-ins. They keep it MOVING. LabCorp needs to find this crew a larger space as it was standing room only for most of us in the waiting room.”
“My experience was as good as it gets. I barely finished signing and the ma called me. He found my vein and I was done. In addition, the ma was excellent. No black and blue arm and he found my vein immediately. I was extremely satisfied with the whole process.”
“I made an appt online. Everything was really smooth. The woman who checked me in took my blood and she did great with it. I didn’t even feel the needle go in. She was very stern though. I was there for overall an 45 mins.”
“We just had the most AMAZING experience at Quest Labs by the 14 Centerton Ave, Mount Laurel NJ. Bryanna was taking blood and she made it so painless and easy. She kept my 10 year old scared daughter so relaxed and distracted. She made it so effortless and calming. I can't believe how wonderful of an experience this was.”

“Minimal wait time for appointment. Doctors answer questions and provide information about patient concerns. Parking in front is tight, more parking in back of building but sometimes very few parking spots available. Lab and most routine xrays can be done at same location which makes it easier then having to go to a different facility for tests. Other tests like MRI or ultrasound must be scheduled by appointment but routine xrays do not need appts”
“Quest is NOT forthcoming regarding handling of simple "Stat" lab requirements. The phlebotomist I dealt with explained my physician had to be called to confirm acceptance of lab results within 24 hours (9:30 am appointment) for my "Stat" script, which is definitively NOT Stat (same day- 24 hours implies potential next day results, definitively NOT Stat!). This after I had confirmed via multiple phone calls Stat service was handled by Quest! I do not understand why Quest Customer Service is misleading customers regarding this critical function. They are being duplicitous. Most disturbing for a national chain!”
“Shakeita, the phlebotomist, was amazing. I didn’t feel any pain and I’m terrified of needles. I’m a hard stick at other locations but she was able to get my vein quickly without having to poke around or go in another vein. She was friendly and kind and I will ask for her in the future. I’ve been here before and they are all pretty good at getting my blood. There can be a wait so I would advise to make an appointment online first if you are able. She’s great with getting blood from babies too. My 9 month old saw her last week and she was able to get a vein quickly.”
“From looking at the reviews, I can definitely see why most of them were negative, but thankfully- my experience was actually swift and quick. I only had to wait like 10 mins for fingerprinting. The one thing I didn’t like was the lack of privacy and maybe disorganization? They told me to go to some room that some other guy was already in, and he had to take a drug test. They told me to wait in a chair right outside his door, which was… awkward. But other than that, it was fine. I went on a Wednesday morning, so maybe that helped.”
“I thought this location ran very efficiently while I was here (7am), especially considering that they don’t accept appointments for bloodwork. They had check in kiosks and called me back quickly. I was in the chair for bloodwork within 10 minutes of arriving, despite there being about 20 customers coming and going while I was there.
I have the worst veins for bloodwork and needle anxiety, but Josh was miraculously able to keep me calm and get the job done. I had a very good experience at this location and would highly recommend!”

“Was in and out pretty quickly. Got there just before my scheduled appointment time, checked in at the kiosk, and was called back after just a few minutes. It was pretty clean in there, although the rooms seemed a bit unorganized. All in all though, I definitely prefer this location over most of the others.”
