“I never leave reviews unless the service is truly extraordinary. Mediocre service isn’t worth the time or effort to comment on. But the team at Quest Diagnostics in Marlton absolutely deserves recognition, especially Nie and Malika.
I go for blood work probably once a month, and after bad experiences at other locations where I’ve sat forever, been stuck multiple times, and watched staff struggle to figure out which vials were needed, I can confidently say these two are top notch.
Nie and Malika are fast, professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. I often have multiple and complicated blood work requests, and they always know exactly what vials are needed and get everything done quickly and efficiently. The waiting room is usually packed when I walk in, which honestly makes me nervous at first, but somehow they move through people unbelievably fast without sacrificing kindness or quality.
Today I arrived on time for my appointment and was completely done and out the door in under 10 minutes. Honestly, it probably would have been 3–5 minutes if they weren’t so pleasant, patient, and personable.
I’ve been dealing with significant back pain lately, so getting in and out of the chair has been difficult during my last few visits. They’ve always been patient, understanding, and helpful throughout the process.
I’ve also been told my veins “roll,” yet I’ve never had an issue here, never needed to be re-stabbed, and never left frustrated. That alone says a lot.
For a place that literally sticks needles in your arm, they somehow make it a genuinely pleasant experience.
I will not go anywhere else. Nie and Malika are simply the best.”

“Minimal wait time for appointment. Doctors answer questions and provide information about patient concerns. Parking in front is tight, more parking in back of building but sometimes very few parking spots available. Lab and most routine xrays can be done at same location which makes it easier then having to go to a different facility for tests. Other tests like MRI or ultrasound must be scheduled by appointment but routine xrays do not need appts”
“Read mixed reviews but came here anyway because its very close to my house. Easy check in with kiosk, plenty of parking back or front and little wait time and appointment went smoothly. I'll be back.”
“The employees are wonderful, efficient, and kind. My only gripe is with the management who is not staffing appropriately. The employees who draw blood should not be responsible for the front desk as well. There should always be two receptionists and at least two phlebotomists at this very busy location.”

“I have crippling needle phobia and go years without getting labwork because I'm petrified. I was a walk in right when they opened and was in and out in an hour. I could tell they might have been short-staffed because my husband has had even quicker walk in appointments, all of which he said he was very comfortable.
Haley my technician was a ** rockstar ** and so sweet and it was a quick and painless blood draw. It's no day at the carnival but if I need labs, this is where we like to go.”

“I thought this location ran very efficiently while I was here (7am), especially considering that they don’t accept appointments for bloodwork. They had check in kiosks and called me back quickly. I was in the chair for bloodwork within 10 minutes of arriving, despite there being about 20 customers coming and going while I was there.
I have the worst veins for bloodwork and needle anxiety, but Josh was miraculously able to keep me calm and get the job done. I had a very good experience at this location and would highly recommend!”
“One woman show today and boy did she handle it like a champ! Lots of negative Nelly's out there loving to log into Google and complain. Boo hoo! I work in healthcare and I know how stressful it is but equally rewarding. Today I watched one young woman work the front and the back for well over an hour by herself all while people complained and even walked out. I do not know your name but you should be proud of yourself. You were kind and respectful even though the clientele was not. So congratulations Lab Corp. I just found your employee of the year!”

“My friend & I both visited this location on Friday, July 3, 2026 and had the very best people to handle us! My friend has a service dog (Chihuahua) and these 2 women both treated us and the dog with the most sincere kindness. Their names are Sarah and Tiana. They were the kindest, most patient, most helpful people we’ve ever encountered at Labcorp! From the time we entered the facility, through the check-in for both of us, through having blood drawn, and until we left these women were the nicest people we’ve ever encountered at a Labcorp facility! And on a day just prior to a major holiday!!
