Bank tellers were helpful and did everything they could but this branch is very understaffed. Clear knowledge gap when cashing in bonds / foreign currency so that even the bankers with offices don't know how to deal with the situation. Overall super friendly staff but very understaffed.

Staff was super helpful here. Went above and beyond to help me out. There’s a lovely clerk named Tiara and her customer service was outstanding.
