“Today I was in a panic someone hacked my card and my funds were all frozen it was 11:53am 7 minutes till closing I’m come in frazzled and the two most wonderful employees the teller named Silvia who got me a water and made sure we would figure it out, when then she got the manager Jeremy who sat on hold on the phone for me for almost 35 mins to get me a new card and to make sure I left with it all handled. They didn’t make me feel like a burden I feltHorrible keeping them after hours they stayed and hour or more past their time just to make sure I was good. I’m so grateful for this branch and most of all for it being those two people being there. I can’t say enough how kind and courteous they were. Thank you both again! I love seeing people who really care ? Danielle a valued customer”

“The staff here was so helpful, kind and nice. my husband and I were greeted and helped very quickly and efficiently. Anuneet and the manager Chris were both very friendly and knowledgeable . They helped us with what we came in for and they were so nice to our kids we brought with us. Sometimes it’s hard to get stuff done when you have to bring little ones with you but they interacted with them and joked with them and it made the process easy and enjoyable. They both deserve recognition for being great at what they do . I highly recommend going to see them at this branch.”

“Republic Bank is an amazing bank. When I have trouble with a fraudulent situation they were very helpful in closing my account and giving me a direct number to call to report it. I went to the bank and they gave me a new card. Very professional and I don’t understand the other negative comments, but everyone is different I guess or just like to complain to much about about irrelevant situations. ?”

They have customer facing card readers at the counter now. Used to fill out a deposit slip and write down my account number before bringing it to the counter, but they can just look it up by card.
Trish was polite, professional, and direct. Transaction was quick, wait was minimal.”

“I recently opened my first business account here and was nervous as finance is not my background. I feel like the stars aligned that day for me to meet Christina (Chris). She is local, her kids went to Cherokee, and she is enthusiastic about helping people start their business! I felt myself relaxing in her office as she went through the process step-by-step and explained it all to me. She put me in touch with someone who is going to help me set up my chip reader and is available to help train me on updates along the way. She introduced me to the teller on that morning and she was just as lovely and kind.
I am a person who values shopping at small businesses and I had a very disappointing attempt to bank at a credit union that I gave multiple chances. I decided I wanted to bank with someone who valued the deposit and trust I was placing in them with my future and how I put food on the table. It was so heartwarming to meet Chris and have someone who understood that. We laughed, we cried, and hugged on the way out like old friends. I'm tearing up writing this and look forward to when I have to stop into the bank next!”
