This REI is the best. And I’ve been going to all the REIs across the country in Washington, California, etc. Amazing customer service. I mentioned to Peter at the front desk that I had just made a bunch of purchases a few weeks ago and missed the Labor Day sale and he let me know that he could give me a refund if it was within 14 days. Also the guy at the shoe area and I had a long chat about our experience with altras and got tips nobody else at other REIs told me. Never thought I would enjoy coming to this REI the most. Y’all rock!

Just because I wasn’t interested in joining their co op membership the front desk employee would not let me take their sale flyer because I indicated I don’t shop their much and would not join. Very rude. Sales personnel were extremely accommodating.

I just bought a new bag from this location and the service was excellent. I was assisted by a man named Christopher who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in getting me the bag I needed. Besides that, the staff was very friendly - overall a great experience.

Came in here looking for hiking boots. Employee who helped me insisted that I could not buy the boots I wanted in the men's section although I know my correct size. Employee refused to give me what I asked for.
Instead of buying the hiking boots I needed, I left with nothing. Thanks Rei

When I had several questions about maintenance and fixing my new road bike, the team at ‘The Shop’ bike counter were so helpful and friendly. Great customer service. Julia and Savannah were both excellent! I really appreciate their help.

Service was horrible from the woman at the counter. My husband tried to redeem our rewards and the lady at the check out said “as long as you don’t hold up my line”

Usually great. I noticed yesterday however that they are trying to get rid of old inventory on the shoe shelves instead of putting out the newest products. They have it available on the website at the store but you have to ask for it. Specifically Vibram soled Altras. Kinda shady.
