“Caliber Collision did a wonderful job on our 2025 Buick Encore GX. However, Buick failed us all. Parts to fix the damage were over 3 months to obtain. Caliber kept me totally informed at each step, but I have major issues with considerations for getting a new GM brand and that's from someone who has been a faithful GM owner over 60 years. The work however done was excellent and the vehicle is as good as new. Thank you David and your team!”

“First time here after seeing it on Google Maps. West Trenton and Ewing is so nice! This is the cleanest, neatest, brightest NAPA I seen so far. Unfortunately I have only seen 25 or so, and been inside 7, so there may be more bright spots out there. He had my order filled in 10 minutes during lunch time. April 8th, 2024 a Monday (day of the infamous eclipse). The younger guy was friendly and sharp. I want to think of other things to buy here this week. Probably cleaning products. As soon as you walk through the door...you know!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Bernard at this AutoZone location. I was dealing with a completely dead battery in my Dodge Challenger on a hot July afternoon. If you know anything about modern Challengers, the battery isn't under the hood—it's a massive, 50-pound battery buried deep inside a recessed well under the trunk floor.
Even though it is an awkward and heavy job, Bernard didn't hesitate to help me out. He made sure I got exactly what I needed (the upgraded AGM battery, anti-corrosion washers, and sealant spray), and then came out to the parking lot in the summer heat to do the heavy lifting for me.
He was incredibly professional and detail-oriented. He made sure the factory vent tube was transferred and hooked up perfectly, secured the hold-down bracket, and sealed the terminals so they won't corrode. He even used his OBD-II scanner to get codes for me.
Bernard went completely above and beyond what is expected. He turned a highly stressful, frustrating situation into an absolute breeze. AutoZone is incredibly lucky to have an employee who cares this much about genuine customer service. If you need help at this store, ask for Bernard. Give this man a raise!”
“I want to thank Carmen Gee and Mere, of the North Olden Ave store, for helping me resolve an issue I was having with a car battery I bought from there back in December. They were both very pleasant to talk to and deal with during this issue. They both listen to me about the problems I was having with the battery and that part of the problem was, I was given the wrong battery by mistake.
They immediately realized what happened and corrected the issue making the situation right again. Because they treated me with respect and fixed the issue rather then just passing me along and saying sorry there is nothing we can do, I wanted to let everyone know about them. Thanks again guys.”
