“This is an early review and I plan to update it after my appointment on Tuesday, July 22.
That said, I was very impressed with my initial experience when scheduling the appointment. I was greeted at the door by Barbara, who was incredibly attentive and polite. After I explained the issues I was having with my Subaru Outback, she immediately checked with one of the mechanics. She returned quickly and confidently let me know they could take care of it. She also took the time to explain how their system provides real-time updates as work is done on the vehicle.
I'm looking forward to my appointment and will share an update next week. Thank you!”

“Great customer service!! I never write reviews however my experience was that great that i had to let you guys know how happy I was!! I don’t know much about cars and was extremely worried about what the damages were going to be and the cost. Matt broke down everything in a way that even I can understand it! We had the car towed over an hour to get it to him and I'm so glad we did. He clearly knows what he's doing. The car hasn't run this well in years.
