“Great customer service!! I never write reviews however my experience was that great that i had to let you guys know how happy I was!! I don’t know much about cars and was extremely worried about what the damages were going to be and the cost. Matt broke down everything in a way that even I can understand it! Expecting to wait, Ali and his team immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it within an hour. “Caliber Collision did a wonderful job on our 2025 Buick Encore GX. However, Buick failed us all. Parts to fix the damage were over 3 months to obtain. Caliber kept me totally informed at each step, but I have major issues with considerations for getting a new GM brand and that's from someone who has been a faithful GM owner over 60 years. The work however done was excellent and the vehicle is as good as new. Thank you David and your team!”

“1987 240 owner. Tried 3 places (including one "Volvo expert") to fix a dangerous stalling issue. Another 240 owner in the neighborhood referred us to Art. We had the car towed over an hour to get it to him and I'm so glad we did. He clearly knows what he's doing. The car hasn't run this well in years. We'll be making the drive back to Art before going to a local shop.”

“After realizing that one of my tires on my 2026 Tesla was low on PSI because of a screw, I decided to give this shop a shot to get it fixed and honestly, they did a great job.
I walked in and was greeted by an associate. I explained the situation, and we agreed on the $30 price. They immediately took my car to the back, almost like a valet service and told the worker to prioritize my vehicle. He went straight to work.
While he was working on it, I made my payment through Zelle and was able to watch the entire repair process. The whole thing took only about 20 minutes, and when I left, the tire repair warning was completely gone.
Overall, it was a great experience, especially for only $30 and a 20-minute wait.
The only downside is that the area is pretty sketchy, and getting back onto Route 1 can be a little challenging, so that might be something to keep in mind for some people.But yeah overall, I had a good experience. I’ll update this review if anything changes or if I run into any issues with the repair.”

He stayed behind late to make it happen, and was professional and efficient, and took care of his customer after sale as well. J&S has quite a big and high quality inventory, was impressed!”
“My battery light came on and the battery is only 3 months old, called the location that installed it and they said it was my alternator, they quoted me $1847 (fees & taxes included) for a new alternator. Called Joe and got a quote WAY less. Dropped car off, turned out my battery clamp was loose and not making good connection, they cleaned terminal, tightened up the clamp...all good now. Had few unexpected things worked on that solved a noise issue. Very honest owner and great mechanics. I will be back.”
