“I wanted to share an unexpectedly delightful experience I recently had, which truly salvaged what began as a rather trying day. Following a prolonged wait and the eventual cancellation of my flight at Trenton Airport, I found myself in a moment of genuine frustration and uncertainty. On impulse, I chose to book a room at the Marriott Courtyard nearby, a decision that, in hindsight, proved to be an absolute beacon of relief and comfort.

From the moment I arrived, the entire staff immediately set a welcoming and reassuring tone. Their professionalism and genuine warmth were palpable, transforming my initial weariness into a sense of being genuinely cared for. My room was not just clean; it was impeccably maintained, offering a serene and comfortable sanctuary after the day's travel ordeal. The quiet elegance and thoughtful amenities provided a much-needed respite. An unexpected, yet incredibly valuable, amenity was the complimentary shuttle service to the airport, which significantly eased my logistical concerns for the following morning.

However, the true highlight of my stay, and indeed the entire experience, was the extraordinary individual who seamlessly transitioned between multiple roles. This remarkable person, who served as an incredibly skilled barista crafting a perfect morning cappuccino, efficiently managed the front desk, and even chauffeured me to the airport, truly went above and beyond. Though I regrettably cannot recall their name, their cheerful disposition, incredible versatility, and unwavering commitment to excellent service elevated my entire visit. Their personalized attention and genuine desire to assist transformed a potentially miserable travel disruption into a memorable testament to outstanding hospitality. This individual, more than anyone, exemplified what makes the Marriott Courtyard at Trenton Airport truly exceptional, far surpassing any previous hotel stay.

My sincere gratitude goes out to the entire team for turning a challenging situation into such a positive and memorable encounter. It’s comforting to know that such dedicated professionals exist, ready to make a significant difference in a traveler’s experience.”

“I booked a room at the Element in Ewing for family who were visiting from out of town and needed a handicapped accessible room. Sean G. was a god-send and helped me with every step of the booking process. My family was impressed with every aspect of their stay and we were all grateful to Sean and her colleagues who made this an easy and comfortable stay!”

“During a recent trip to Princeton the staff at Nassau Inn went above and beyond. Unfortunately we had not booked a room at the Nassau Inn and due to a bad experience at the hotel we were staying at I cold called Nassau Inn to see if they might be able to help with a daytime luggage storage issue. Wanda answered the phone and was a breath of fresh air after hours of frustration dealing with a different hotel and the university. Wanda was helpful and understanding. Nassau Inn saved the day and if we are ever back in Princeton we will be staying there. Top notch customer service and amazing location right in the heart of all the shops and restaurants across the street from the University.”

“Larger than a typical hotel room. Had conveniences you're not always sure if you're going to get (i.e., fridge, coffee maker: keurig, plenty of lighting, extra bedding materials, large couch & chair, decent sized desk, large dresser & roomy closet with slider-sized mirror, plenty of space around the bathroom sink & good-sized bathroom mirror, hairdryer, iron & board, shower with tub, and luggage holder) and an exit from the room to the outdoors (in place of enclosed patio) but more awesome because it's an entry door that you can use your room key to unlock.

Probably the best thing about this hotel was the included breakfast buffet in the morning - wow. Delicious! The second best thing? The Red Berry Creme Brulee Cake from the C-Bar (restaurant/bar inside the hotel). I could eat 10 of those. Honestly.

Wish I brought my bathing suit so I could've tried out their indoor saltwater pool!

If you want to know about tiny (minor nitpicking) details that weren't perfect? Pen in room looked sticky, tub didn't have grippy texture (almost fell when I got out for a second and tried to get back in), couple stains in carpet outside my room, and front desk person didn't know if c-bar restaurant (inside hotel) had dessert on the menu when I called them from my room to ask. The person said I would have to go there to find out - it's right next to the reception desk (vs. 4 to 5 hallway walk for me). On the brighter side (for my belly and wallet), I didn't know about the Red Berry Creme Brulee Cake the first night cause I would've probably had 15 of them by now.

Rooms: The great parts:

The not-so-great parts:

- Pen in room looked sticky
- Tub didn't have grippy texture (almost fell when I got out for a second and tried to get back in)
- There are a couple stains in carpet outside my room
- Front desk person didn't know if c-bar restaurant (inside hotel) had dessert on the menu when I called them from my room to ask. Safety: As the kind of person who is pretty vigilant about safety, I definitely felt more relaxed here compared to many other hotels I've visited. It's a couple miles out of the way (like 3 or 4 miles from shopping areas), in a largely grassy, campus-like area, and not on directly off a main road.

Food & drinks: Probably the best thing about this hotel was the included breakfast buffet in the morning - wow. Delicious! The second best thing? The Red Berry Creme Brulee Cake from the C-Bar (restaurant/bar inside the hotel). If you love Creme Brulee and the texture of Tiramisu, you will love this cake! Came with fresh strawberry slices, too!

Noteworthy details: The food alone makes this place worth it. I will probably be dreaming about the Red Berry Creme Brulee Cake for a few weeks.”

“We spent three wonderful weeks at this hotel and would definitely book it again. The staff was very friendly, attentive, helpful, and left nothing to be desired. The hotel is very centrally located, just a few kilometers from Princeton. Plenty of parking is available. Fast, free Wi-Fi is available. The room was large, with separate living and sleeping areas, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a sink. It was also very clean, and the towels were fluffy. A large selection for the American breakfast was provided.”

“The hotel is beautiful, the beds are warm and comfortable, and the breakfast is great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. However, Mr Bruce was truly a treasure. The way Mr. Bruce Seasoned those red potatoes and turkey will definitely satisfy the most pickiest of eaters. The food was so amazingly cooked and presented that the quality of food should be experienced at every major hotel and restaurant. Thank you to all the staff that made our business trip special.”

“We took our grandkids to Sesame Place and stayed at the Sheraton literally across the street from the theme park. Best part about the stay was that we were able to get adjoining rooms”
