“I am so grateful for the honesty & customer service I experienced recently at this store, looking to start a new line. I asked about doing so with a new number and she explained all the deals, free phone options, pricing, etc. Then, despite knowing that she wouldn't get the commission, (which I wanted her to get because she has such marvelous customer service and I have always had a good experience) the dear saleswoman was able to suggest to me a way to transfer my number to a separate line. She is VERY caring, helpful, kind and humane and I was grateful for her honesty.”

“Today I had to visit a Verizon Wireless store. I chose the Bordentown location. I cannot say enough good things about BJ at that location. My phone screen was flashing so fast that you could not see the original screen properly. Since he was not going to be able to repair/mend the phone I needed to get a new phone. BJ showed me options and explained the pros and cons of each phone I was interested in. BJ took the time to figure out a way to get my information from the old phone so that we could transfer the data. As everyone knows cell phones are so much more than just pictures and phone calls. I cannot extend my appreciation enough to BJ. Not only was he professional and patient he was also considerate and kind.”

“I have been to the Store a few times and always had good help, but yesterday I went with a new cell phone as my old one had died. I also have a Apple watch that worked with old and now works with the new phone. But I had to have the SIM card put in and I had to pair the watch with the new phone. Fred did all that, as well as updating the phone and the watch. I didn't know that they wouldn't say the watch needed updating. It took a lot of time, and Fred waited on others while my stuff was updating. I have never been so happy with customer service, so I am happy to tell you this! It is rare to give such a positive!”

Cash the manager was a super nice guy and actually threw in a free screen protector because I waited so long and had to experience a customer get aggressive and get kicked out of the store. “Extricating yourself from a cable television internet bundle is a lot like marital discord within the Kardashian clan, lots of legal wrangling, financial trap doors, mental health assessments, hard feelings and more hoops to jump through than an Iron Man obstacle course. Of course when you finally break free, the most important decision is your internet provider. It's the heartbeat of any sound entertainment/communications hub and shouldn't be taken lightly. With Comcast gone, I chose T-Mobile 5G Internet and so far, I've been very pleased. Since I'm not running an underground movie studio or training for the Gamer Olympics, T-Mobile has been terrific supporting our phones, computers and streaming services with only slight variation in speed and dependability... or at least no more than Comcast. The Hub took all of ten minutes to install and connect to our devices. Trust me, I don't work in IT and it's still a snap. The real advantage is financial, $50 per month with taxes, fees and equipment included versus $140+ all in for Comcast. The only question is whether the service is available in your area. Give T-Mobile a call, it only takes five minutes... unless you hate saving money. Five easy stars.”
