“I went to this store since I had an issue whereas I had to go prove my identity to get assistance. After asking them for help they hit a wall as did I on the phone. Tom asked me to call back and lets try to work on it together. After 45 minutes of back and forth Tom had to run (end of day) so he asked if I minded having Jose (Zay) Franco take over. Well he did and after about an hour more he was able to settle all of the issues and I walked away extremely happy. Kudos to these two guy's who didn't shrug me off or run and hide in the back and provided amazing customer satisfaction. These day's it is not often you get this kind of help so I figured I had to let their bosses know... They changed the way I now view T-Mobile that is how customer experience should be! “I had a fabulous experience with Xfinity recently when a friend gave me his much larger and much newer TV. The guys at the Xfinity store, Angel and Nathan who took my order and gave me a missing black box, were the ulltimate of courtesty and friendliness. I tried to hook up the service myself, but being 87 years old, you might say I am technically challenged. I arranged for a tech to come to the house and finish the job I tried to do but couldn't. Michael arrived on time, with texts announcing he would be there shortly. He was friendly and competent, as well as patient, and showed me how to operate my new service and remote. I couldn't be any more satisfied. Thank you.”
“The people at this store are some of the most down to earth, practical, and professional people! I've been in the store three times and each time they listened to what you were interested in and suggested the most practical options. Kyani was especially outstanding - we went through an almost 2 hour ordeal trying to transfer a number from a family member's prepaid plan to our family plan. She was a pleasure to interact with the entire time just chatting about things while on hold and even stayed through her meal break to make sure all the issues were worked out. Thank you!”
