“I am putting five stars, because Dr Nelson was five stars for a very long time. He has family upfront and another great front office staff person. For a very long time this all works so well and I loved going in there as long as I had a fairly healthy animal course, so it was very upsetting to me to see this change and I'm having a hard time replacing him, but I must. His ability now in 2024 has deteriorated and sadly, I also witnessed him attempting to euthanize a dog that my friend brought in and he virtually couldn't do it --he was poking at the veins. He didn't use the pink juice. What can I say!?!... he was quite agitated...but it just seems that he's got a great office staff, a great reputation, and it's time to retire and enjoy the rest of your time.”
“Above and beyond the best care my dog has ever had. At every appointment the vet clearly lays out everything and gives you a chance to ask questions. Everyone who picks up the phone has been kind and helpful. I've never once felt like my concerns or my dog's health was being dismissed. 10/10”
“I called in the morning because Riley was scooching more than the normal when her anal glands are bothering her. They were able to squeeze her in. For that we are very appreciative!! The technician was great!! All of their technicians are wonderful!!”

“Great Animal Hospital. I had my first appointment today for my 14 week old Maltese! Dr. Bovee had great advice for me and he made my dog and me feel at ease!
Edit: One year later, we had our annual physical today. We met with Dr. Chabot (we’ve seen all three doctors at the animal hospital. All three are amazing). She answered our questions, and made Fiona very comfortable during her 3 shots and bloodwork. Fiona barks and sometimes growls at people she is not familiar with. She did not bark or growl during her appointment. Mommy attributes this to how comfortable the doctors and vet techs make her feel! We’ll be back in the future!”

Hopewell Veterinary Group is nicely located w a decently sized parking lot so you’ll never have to worry about not finding a spot.
The staff was nothing but wonderful! Special shout out to vet tech Brianna Bauer & Dr Navarro who helped make my boy comfortable while keeping me informed & working impeccably well around my tough work schedule.
I am so happy to have found a vet that really puts the furbabies first! They made sure to take care of my boy Maverick & I will most certainly be coming back!”

They give us the option to wait in our cars if the waiting room is busy. It was quiet when I got there so we went right in. I also like that they also use holistic approaches if the family would like.”

“Dr. Skolnick is always pleasant and wants to be sure our dog, Tukker, is healthy. Tukker is not always as nice with her, as he does not tolerate well the necessary sticking and prodding of veterinary care. This means extra charges for special care when he gets his vaccines and full physical, but it is of course worth it. His latest was a wellness visit for a plane trip with none of that business. So Tukker was happy but alert, and the visit went well.”

“I first met Dr Chris G. Interning with Dr Robertson at Lawrence animal hospital. I trusted him there ...and I trust him now . He's an amazing Vet that really cares about his pts. He's not about the money. That is a hard thing to find nowadays.

“We have been taking our dog Neo to Homecare Vet Clinic since we adopted him from the shelter 5 years ago. The last few days Neo has had a nasty cough and I called over the July 4th weekend and was put on a last min appointment waiting list and promptly Monday morning I received a text for an appt that afternoon. I can’t express how pleasant every interaction with the team at Homecare has been. From the reception desk to the vet techs, and doctor herself. Everyone on staff is so nice and the care and attention they give Neo is so special even when we moved a bit farther away, we make the journey to their office. Every time we visit we walk away knowing what the plan of care is whatever the illness, we know should we need to try something different we can come back with open arms and everything is always explained in great detail and attention. I love that they follow up to check in as well, truly just a great vets office. I just had to share what a fantastic team they are to anyone who is thinking of taking their pup don’t doubt it! Thank you Homecare Vet team for always being so attentive, kind and caring.”
“Village isn’t our normal veterinary but because our normal veterinary was unavailable we went to see her she was so nice and great with our dog she told us our choices and one was going to an emergency veterinary witch we chose she called them to fill them in on what was happening . Her staff was also very nice and helpful thank you to everyone there you made a very bad situation somewhat more comforting”

“BluePearl was recommended by our Vet since this is an eye issue and somewhat rare. Analpontment was scheduled more quickly and is a non emergency. The pre visit information and reminder of appt. Came with a good deal of information and directions. Impressive! Once arriving at BluePearl, we checked in and their process and intake was efficient. We waited a few mi Utes for the the vet we are meeting and specializes in eyes. 12 year old Persian, Addie can be hard to deal with but the staff was excellent with her. Thorough exam and validated the issue and then recommended the treatment for this with costs. The office area and reception is pleasant and clean. And Dr Long and staff are professional and explained everything! Highly recommend based upon this initial visit.”

“Great vet to take your pet. Service is great. Most of the staff are pleasant. My last experience with the front desk could have been better. I set up an appointment after a cancelation happened and I was told on the Otto app that my appointment would be 9:30 am.
Next day I get a call at 8:40 am asking where I am and was told in a rude tone that my appointment was 8:30 am and not 9:30 am. I rushed in and during check-in showed the receptionist (the one I spoke to on the phone) the screenshot of the Otto conversation that showed 9:30 am. Never got an apology, just said "Well we'll have to check in on that disconnect."
However, despite this, this is a great place and the doctors and staff are really wonderful. My wife's dog always gets top notch care.”
