“I am basing my review on the 2 female phlebotomists that work at this office. Getting blood drawn is always a challenge for me due to having extremely small veins. With that being said, my past experiences everywhere else other than River Road Primary Care with regards to bloodwork are always extremely painful and highly stressful (and sometimes result in not even getting the blood drawn at all). Both female phlebotomists here are efficient and competent. I happen to get Michelle more often as a tech and I wanted to take a moment to say what a gem she truly is. Michelle is calming, remembers patients and is always able to handle drawing my blood quickly, and with as minimal discomfort as possible.”
